  • Whether you're practicing Muay Thai or taking a cardio kickboxing class, your coach has probably had you throw repetitive skip or "clinch knees" on the heavybag. This tutorials explains how to properly hold and control the bag, what to do with your feet, and maximize the power in your knee strikes.

I really appreciate the videos you’re putting out onto TH-cam. A lot of my friends have been getting picked on by these guys who will literally fight ANYONE. And I’ve tried to help teach them my self taught stuff that can get my by but my friends really aren’t cut out for this kind of thing, and considering I’m a fast learner and I get into a lot of street fights because of these guys, I try and learn from these videos. So thank you for helping people out and thank you for allegedly helping my friends not get their asses kicked. Keep it up

Hey Shane, I watched your video on creating your own combinations, I want to ask you if the combinations I created are decent enough to be used on a trained fighter, I spared with my friend and lit him up like a Roman candle but I'm not sure if it's effective on trained opponent.
    COMBOS:
    right teep, left body roundhouse
    Left teep, right body roundhouse.
Inside left kick, right leg kick in a chopping downward motion.
Soft Left side kick, jumping back kick.
Right roundhouse turning left hook kick.
Please tell me what you think and if you have any secret tricks that seem to work on most opponents, it would be much appreciated.
