- Medu vada recipe with sambhar is very tasty recipe make from tasty dal and rice. Medu Vada is a popular South Indian breakfast snack of donut shaped lentil fritters that are fluffy, crispy, soft and delicious.Medu vada (ulundu vadai) is a traditional dish from South Indian cuisine served with coconut chutney and Vegetable Sambar .Medu vada and sambar is a popular south Indian breakfast recipe. Medu vada is made from urad and regular spices, it is crispy from the outside yet soft, fluffy from the inside. I also share pressure cooker sambar recipe with special masala paste gives it perfect taste and color.

* Cooked Rice- 1.5 cup
* Semolina सूजी, रवा - 5 tbsp
* Rice flour चावल का आटा - 2 tbsp

* Chopped Green Chili कटी हुई हरी मिर्च - 1tsp
* Chopped Ginger कटी हुई अदरक -1tsp
* Chopped Curry Leaves करी पत्ते (Curry Patte)
* Asafoetida हींग-2 Pinch
* Cumin seeds जीरा (Jeera) - 1tsp
* Salt as per Taste स्वादानुसार नमक
* Chopped Coriander बारीक़ कटा हरा धनिया
* Baking Soda बेकिंग सोडा़ - 1/4 tsp
* Oil तेल - 1 tbsp
* Mustard Seed / Sarso /Rai - राय -1tbsp
* Fenugreek Seed मेथी के दाने 1/4 tsp
* Curry Leaf/Kari Patta - कड़ी पत्ता
* Dried Red Chili/Sukhi Lal Mirch - सुखी लाल मिर्च-2 to 3
* Choppedn Onion in Petals बारीक़ कटा प्याज़ -1
* Chopped Bottle Gourd कटे हुए लौकी-1/4 cup
