.250 gm urad dal dhuli
.300 gm arhar dal
.200 gm pumpkin
.200 gm bottle gourd
beans
2 carrot
drumstick
2 onion
2 tomatoes
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
2 spoon sambhar masala
1/2 tsp methi dana
2 whole red chilli
1 tsp mustard seed
curry leaves
1 pinch asafoetida
1.5 tbsp oil

Easy recipe. I thought making sambhar is very complex process requiring lots of exotic ingredients but in this recipe all the ingredients are of regular use.

Little ginger garlic green chili paste also tastes good in sambar
Also few pieces of white mooli/radish
Boiling drumsticks in a separate pan with water & salt & adding them after opening the cooker keep them whole
