I rarely will ever comment on a video but I have to make an exception for especially helpful information. This solved a giant headache for me. So many youtubers are posting instructions that are essentially hot garbage and cause you nothing but problems. This video fixed everything perfectly! Thank You!
When adding the $1 it gives an error "Replacement count does not match wildcard count". It allows me to enter just the $ without the 1 after it, but not sure if that will have the same effect...
Do these instructions only apply if you are having GHL host the website? What if the client has an existing website registered and DNS managed through Google Domains but hosted at WP Engine and email hosted at Zoho?

Amazing and helpful video, thank you very much.
Legendary. What a nightmare this little step was.
So this domain name that's created I just plug it into any of my funnels?
Let's assume I need to use Subdomain to a funnel. I need to create a subdomain first right? From the main domain in the Domain provider?

is it possible to add subdomain without having a funnel.because i want to use domain in my sub account to redirect it into my clender
So with this solution is not necessary to set up the A record pointing to the IP, right?
Do you have to set up your DNS in highlevel and namecheap before you do this?

How to use Root domain on GHL
so do you add those 2 cnames or is it just one? And then using that rule?
Yeah, that's what we do. We have the proxy turned on (and rules setup) for the one that you don't want to display
Thanks 😊 🫂 🙏
