You communicated a workable, systematic process of operation for a start-up business initially going slowly and deliberately to test and establish a successful actionable strategy before upping the pace. For me, what I thought was particularly key here was the point about starting off in one niche and focusing on perfecting one outreach strategy, then scaling from there. From experience, I know that works. Good for you in encouraging people to be laser-focused and I've seen very few video content creators even approach the length that you've gone to here in such an aspect. Excellent video! I'm definitely interested in getting clients and real estate for real I have always been wanting to know how to get into the real estate market I'm a beginner and I value both time and my money I have a niche already and I don't have a lot to get a team for the niche I'm in to grab a big team at more than the $3 am hour to teach them about my niche and go at it for the agency, selling the app and advertising and marketing until I get it going to be able to afford the crazy offers I'm getting there at me by others in the ghl but not familiar with the niche I'm in nor do the routes of this I'm going for in all of this niche I'm in
