The prologue section of the game is less demanding and offers better performance, but things get more challenging once you reach the grasslands (the open-world area). I’ve created optimized settings that balance quality and performance, ensuring a smooth 60 FPS experience at both 1080p and 1440p resolutions. I recommend using DLSS in quality mode because it offers sharper image quality compared to the native resolution, which looks softer due to TAA. If you find my work helpful, please don’t forget to like the video and subscribe to the channel. Thanks for your support!
What i learned with FF16 is that it was made for a 30fps experience from the base and the only solution for 60+ fps native was brute force from more powerful gpus
I see that the Ultra preset runs pretty well. According to what you said about open areas how worse will the FPS get if I stay on Ultra 1080p DLSS? Is it still better to use the optimized settings?
rtx3060 12gb i5 12400f 16gb 3200mhz(if this even matter w fps in the game?) ssd installed game ....budget Kingston XS1000 2tb (usb c 3.2 gen 2*2) tested at mixed transfers at 1100mb/s(but in reality i see closer to 800mb/s) so will i get much worse fps during same settings in 1080p ultra preset dlss quality? or will it be about same even w worse cpu? rtx4060 vs rtx3060 12gb 8gb vs 12gb vram? how will these 2 gpus perform when it comes to 1440p and 4k some games seem to make th e newer rtx4060 run worse due to lower vram......but mostly seen the rtx4060 make games run better....its these few moments where the "better" gpu runs worse that makes me "HAPPY" or what to say LOL! so was it still wrong of the store to tell me 12gb gpu version was the better for the future? or was it still n always will be better w the rtx3060ti ? This is a thing i have been thinking of ever since i bought my pc...asked in store what of the 2 gpus would be better in 2-3-4 years later and got answer higer vram is safer. but still only seen 2+ games run better on my slower rtx3060 12gb But who cares in a few years time when rtx6090 has been released LOL!
imagine turning down quality to very high instead of ultra to get above stable 60 fps on a 4 year old gpu...people like you are so moronic to think only ultra settings is playable. i bet you dont own even have a 3060 yourself...but come on bring it how you have 9800x3d with 5090

i lost all hope playing this game smoothly after playing ff16 on my 3060 because of it's trash performance but this gives me new hope

great video man! the results look pretty good!
its refreshing to see a game coming out that doesnt run like crap on old hardware.

optimized better
Nobody say this game playable on gtx 1650 or not??😢
Why????????
Does not have DX12 Ultimate
1440p. 45fps. ultra. native = 8:2 4-1 +20fps = 1080p 30fps medium native. It's playable
No mesh shader no DX12_2. So won't even launch like Indiana Jones
Whats your opinion about this settings with RTX 3050
1440P Optimized settings 1 DLSS balanced?
works fine above 40 frames
Thanks. Any news about an Nvidia driver update this week?
no
How do i change resolution? Its blocked at 1080P for me. I have 12GB RTX 3080TI.
Same for me! I thought I was bugging for a sec
Go to windowed then change it. Then go back to borderless full screen.
The game doesn't have fsr fg?

so will i get much worse fps during same settings in 1080p ultra preset dlss quality?
or will it be about same even w worse cpu?
rtx4060 vs rtx3060 12gb
8gb vs 12gb vram?
how will these 2 gpus perform when it comes to 1440p and 4k
some games seem to make th e newer rtx4060 run worse due to lower vram......but mostly seen the rtx4060 make games run better....its these few moments where the "better" gpu runs worse that makes me "HAPPY" or what to say LOL!
