My Daddy was a middle school Vice Principal for half my life, and a high school Principal for the other half (I'm 32) but his father was a contractor and my dad did side jobs the entire time we were in school and college. The construction daddies are a different type of daddy. He's 69 and has not stopped yet. Major props to you and Mr. Alex. Watching him help you guys on your honeworner journey has been such a joy. I love seeing black fathers be actively involved in their GROWN children's lives. 🧡

Watching this reminds me of my dad. He has been an electrician for most of life and then went back to school to get his HVAC license. He recently got his General Contracting license for our state. I have learned so much from him and am so grateful about the things he teaches me and my sisters even though we’re in healthcare/medicine and cosmetology 😂😂

The new look is absolutely beautiful and is definitely an improvement over the old. It makes the Kitchen look more luxury with the term addition.
Great job on the remodel of the kitchen island, it looks so much better and more functional with the garbage bin. Neat idea on the storage for the trash bags and wipes. It’s great that your Dad taught you how to do this type of mid renovation jobs. It helps to save money when you do it yourself and to get the job done within three days is awesome. The island and the paint color took the kitchen a level up. Love the color and trim work!

Repainted my 2 outside bird houses. Recently installed wallpaper under my chair rail molding in the breakfast nook & kitchen. It's a great feeling when you can complete your projects. Seeing you and your dad work on this project reminds me of how my dad used to make me help with projects around the house. Back then I used to drag my feet doing it, but now as an adult and homeowner I truly appreciate him for teaching me how to paint, install molding and lay down tile! 🥹💜
