We've come to know, like and trust you Vaughn so a retreat for any of the groups you mentioned would be a good idea. I'd suggest having one or two scholarship slots where the group puts up a pot to partially\fully cover the expense of the needy to attend. I think all three ideas are superb. I think you should tackle them a different times and maybe have like a theme going on, but I like all ideas.
