The walnuts have biotin, a B vitamin, and omega 3's which are important also. Consistency is very important, you have to eat a handful everyday for it to work.
Please video for freckle face people? I love my freckles but need to find ways to protect them and prevent sun damage as well. Sometimes freckles flare when its too hot outside as well. Thanks
If you have any Indian Market near you then you can get it fresh or yes you can use frozen too. You can also get it in the powdered form or dried amla can also be used to make tea. :)
