  • Today Landon talks about the best cleanup crew asset that you can add to your saltwater fish tank. These creatures are great for keeping your tank nice and clean.
Turbo snails are perfect for handling large amounts of algae, extra food, or just run-of-the-mill dirt and grime!

I agree. I have 3 in my 60 gal and they do great. Thats all i have right now as my clean up crew. They even survived the "freeze " we just had in Houston, Tx.. i lost all my fish and some corals because of it. Had to recycle my tank again and start over. I just now started adding fish and small corals. Right now i have 4 diffrent clownfish, blue head wrasse, and a royal gramma. Your u tube channel popped up and i watched couple of your videos. I subscribed! Keep up the good work. Im a newbie when it comes to saltwater. Ive always had freshwater.

Trochus snails. Smaller can reach more places and live way longer.

My turbo snail is LAZY. He sits at the huge heater and my hermit crabs are doing all the cleaning 😂

Idk what the issue here is. I'm not saying you're wrong. Maybe something is wrong on my end. I have a huge mexican turbo snail and its bigger than yours and, he's worthless. All he does is put small bite marks into my glass algae (not even my huge hair algae) and he also poops a lot.

Dang that’s weird! The Turbos in all of the tanks I know put in a lot of work
