Psilocybin mushrooms saved my life honestly. They helped me see the pure beauty in life, and made me realize how dumb it would be to take myself out.
I've been looking to try some recently, but I can't find anywhere to get them, anyone?
doc.jeanne is your guy. Got all kinds of psychedelics stuff. Guided me through my first ever experience

I just had my first experience with golden teachers, it was really great! I loved it.
Such a brilliant woman. Can listen to her all day long. It's wonderful to see people doing what they're meant to do. It's how we all excel. You're a great interviewer. 👍

Oh no! Not the ‘woman card’.
Men don’t do this, that is why they are superior in behaviour.
They cater to us when we are ‘snow flakes’. That keeps us psychologically lower than us.
Stop it Karen.
When I tried the Cordyceps CS-4 strain, my thyroid problems disappeared immediately. It was like magic.

Taking Mushrooms doesn't mean I am export All I can say those specific Reishi, Lions Mane, Maitake, Cordyceps, just few they become part of my life. I want to thank Hania Opienski, and Hifas Da Terra for this Amazing share of knowledge!!
The best about mushrooms is that when they detox the forests they dont accumulate toxins, just neutralize them.

Psilocybin containing mushrooms save my life. The drastically reduced my benzodiazepine withdrawal allowing me to quite illicit pill addiction after three years of heavy daily use before it would had became medically dangerous to quit
Psychedelic is the answer to most severe anxiety and depression. The use of magic mushrooms completely helps one get over depression and makes you feel like yourself.
I started a regimen which included mushrooms and the lump in my breast disappeared which I had for years and had to watch every 6 months. I researched and found a prof at the university talking about the anti-cancer properties. I gave some to my sister who had breast cancer and told her to check with her oncologist and his reply was “I take those myself .”

I have benefited tremendously from lion’s mane, Reishi, miitake, chaga, Cordyceps, etc. They work wonders for hormonal regulation! My anxiety has tremendously decreased taking them- I feel so relaxed and focused.
They are our ancestors and are far more intelligent and wise and evolved than we are. I love how we are getting close to regarding them with language and reverence that is able to acknowledge that--though so many indigenous traditions have known and regarded Fungi with the appropriate level of dignity and respect for millennia.
Are you saying humans evolved from mushrooms? If so, and they are our ancestors, how are they still around?
The most comprehensive and accessible discussion on medicinal mushrooms I’ve heard! Love it.
I came to our mushroom healers via a breast cancer diagnosis. I took them through treatment and had no side effects at all and continue to take them every day today.
Thanks so much CNM, Bobby and Hania 💚🍄⚡️
Thanks Lucy! Glad you enjoyed the episode!
Can we have evidenced research made available please. Thanks
Hi Sienna, thanks for your comment! Hania and Bobby discussed a huge number of areas in this podcast relating to mycotherapy so could you be more specific about what research you are looking for in relation to what has been said?
Hi Lucy, I've just been diagnosed with BC and would be very interested to know what mushrooms you took through your treatment. Thanks, Holly
Did you also do chemo/radiation, or not?

Totally agree!
Host defense - biggest mushroom co in USA does exactly as this wonderful lady says. Grows on grain. I’ve used for years. Have no idea now if I was being ripped off.
Is that Paul Stametes supplements? I used to use these also.Found out he uses the mycellium mostly rather than the fruiting body
You were not ripped off. Stamets has found concentrations of medicine in certain mycillium. He's not selling you grain. By the time the mushroom fully colonizes the grain it's not really grain any longer. Most mushrooms are grown on grain , except for maybe chaga , which is supplied by foragers , like me.
@@timothylongmore7325 These functional mushrooms grow on wood. Do a starch analysis on Host Defense. It tests almost exactly like pure grain. You're just relaying marketing speak. Test it. Taste it! You're getting ripped off.

Amazing work!
Thank you from USA! This talk is on a subject that I have been interested and studying for many years. I believe that forums , like this, are the new “visit to the library.”. One thing that I would ask and be able to use from your talk would be to treat this as a lecture with screen shots of terms, and reference materials in order for further study. Thank you again.
Interesting podcast. Was hoping the subject of using mushrooms while on an anti-coagulant was going to be covered. After all, many oncology patients are on blood thinners. These mushrooms have anti-inflammatory properties but to what degree? And would it be safe to go on these mushroom products? Making an informed decision is crucial for anyone and certainly someone under treatment. Would love to know Hania Opienski's, and others, thoughts on this..
Great podcast. Thank you
Thank you so much for this!
I'm a forager of chaga and reishi. I've used chaga for a few years but was hesitant with reishi. I don't know why but figured I should give it a try if I was going to sell it to others. I'd heard it helped with sleep and promoted a deeper more restfull sleep. Long story short, it does. I'm normally a light sleeper and generally don't sleep more than 6-7 hours. With a little reishi hours before bed time I'll sleep 9-10 hours and feel as though I could sleep more! I haven't tried yet but kind of have to make myself get up. I've also used it topically on my scalp for baldness and have fine hair comeing in. About three months now. The scalp mixture is reishi with two other ingrediants. I'd heard topical use wouldn't work for hair restoration but I was only using the dual extract for my sleep experiment 4-5 times a week when I noticed the fine hair coming in. I increased the frequency of both ( topically and ingesting) and have began taking it in the morning as well. 4-5 Droppers twice a day of wild reishi dual extract and the hair tonic every morning after water only scalp wash.
Lot of knowledge and wisdom.
Wonderful and informative talk.
Also
- the name “Opienski”’comes from a word “Opieńek” which means “honey mushroom” which is an edible mushroom.
So in a way - “Hania Opienski” can be translated to “Hania Honey Mushroom”
Love it!! Lol does anyone have any advice on which blend to take during Menopause? I just can't even stand myself!! Lol. I'm thinking ☆Reishi~Cordyceps~ Lion's Mane... sound about right? Have a great day y'all! ✌💗🍄😉

Most cordyceps on the market are grown on a substrate , not insects. Personally I have no problem with and would prefer to use a wild cordy grown on an insect , but maybe that's just me. It will probably be found to be more effective if wild.

Check out the master ... Paul Stamits. Your welcome. Any questions ?
I use host defense products and through my research mycelium is optimal. She is stating fruiting body is better.
So what are good sources to determine the dose, if you don’t have a practitioner?
If I buy reshi powder and just mix it with a drink will I get all the goodness? Or does one need a tinture
I tried so many brands, and I only notice a difference when I take Tria Alchemy… it seems all of the other liquid ones are rather weak and hyped up marketing. Most of the inconvenient powder ones generally come from China and are rebranded-especially the coffees.

We love medicinal mushrooms too!
Some people react really badly to lion's mane... and I mean bad like suicidal thoughts. Please be careful and research possible adverse effects. Wish they talked about it in this podcast.
Thank you, I almost commented this. It made me extremely depressed, crying every night, just tons of fear, and phases of dissociation. This could be related to it interacting with something else I take, but I doubt it. Next day after stopping it all started going away. Still feel a lingering numb, pessimistic feeling. There is always the main three factors bio, psychological, and social.
Cordyceps are able to be lab grown- Ophiocordyceps militaris is a strain we can grow with realative ease, and they have tested higher in cordycepin, a key beta glucan responsible for many of the heakth benefits of Cordyceps. Quality Cordyceps products are made with lab grown Cordyceps fruiting bodies extracted powders. :_D Beautiful lesson.

Asja Hifas are from Spain; you should be able to find them all over Europe.
Do they make her hands dance non-stop? I have CFS so will be looking at this more but I think my original pneumonia that has left me with CFS was a fungal lung infection so no thanks to fungi for that. Update; just tried a mushroom complex supplement for about 5 days and absolutely no good effect in fact my CFS got worse after a few days so very disappointed with that.
Someone told me medicinal mushrooms are only effective if cooked so don't bother buying powders or blends. Is this true? Great podcast. Thank you
Is this true? Must they
be cooked? Which kind and for how long? Anybody know???
Not true , I buy the powder from my Chinese acupuncture clinic and I add a spoon to hot water and this is good enough to activate all the medicinal compounds. I take turkey tail to fight my cancer and I also take lion mane for memory and brain fog both of these mushrooms are miraculous

"Natural" products and remedies should be scrutinized just as much as pharmaceutical drugs prior to using them with an emphasis on negative reactions or side effects. And their efficacy should be backed up studies that do not conflate cause and effect claims from the limitations of associative studies.

I am not fun of an unconventional medicine, - actually I am very far from it. But I love mushrooms as a food and source of nutrients and vitamins. I see very bright development for the mushroom industry in close future. It is actually emerging market. Right now, it is very narrow niche of well known mushrooms. Mushrooms can be great source for micro elements, vitamins, "meat", carbs, fibers...... And please notice - our food Giants did not work on mushrooms at all, - so, I think it is coming...........
Big Pharma also has "fun" with conventional medicine! Enjoy.
It's a pity that modern chemical sick-care medicine is called "conventional" and traditional natural medicine is called "unconventional". Follow the money.
