From what I know of the lore the inquisitor faction in game are more akin to religious nut cases rather than holy most of the church apparently doesn't even like being involved with them.

We might get the Elven Knight, with it's shield bash spam, the Dragon Knight, with it's flight and dragon familiar, the Chaos, which is basically Jack-O, or the Lightbringer, which is basically a Paladin
As a long time WH40K fan, I first got into DFO specifically to play this character, because angry armored nun smiting enemies of the Faith with holy fire obviously resonates with me. So you can bet this will be my main in DNFD too!
God they’re doing these characters justice, I love it so much!! I was slightly worried that this game would take source material as just a suggestion but this is absolutely wonderful. I’m so excited!
Honestly i wanna see how far they go with the character choices in this game. Cuz some of these characters moves are wild, to say the least (coming from a guy who never played DnF, but looked it up cuz this game was announced) At the same time, im happy other franchises get a fighting game
i got to see DFO through every era (and play the betas) and seeing this and the potential of BBQ almost makes it worth PSO2 shitting the bed at this point
I was already excited for this character for her visuals, but her voice actress is really nailing the role. I don't usually play (what looks like a) setplay character but I'm gonna have to try for this.

knew it was gonna be inquisitor next. so badass how they put her in the game when she wasn't even a core character. f priest didn't come along for quite some time. Female religious fanatic with giant weapons on fire??! one of the sickest esthetics in the game imo. reminds me of the Adepta Sororitas from Warhammer.
I don't think it matters who is a core character and who is not, they will decide who gonna be in the roster by popularity and by how much character fits into fighting game mechanics

Oh my god the detail. Flege's out of backstep, Burning Wheel, Holy Fire weapon buff confirmed?, the use of Raid, jfc it's all perfect. If she has her backstep melee attack I will actually lose my mind. This is so insanely good. I hope there's a JP and ENG dub for the voices too.
Maybe like a level up system as the match goes on and once the meter is full you enter the 2nd stage of the class and then another meter to enter neo. That'd be weird but I'm still fine if it's just the regular subclasses but hopefully I'll get to see ghostblade and asura soon those were my favourites in dfo.

@@Gatoxintoga892 ArcSys has already had experience doing clones or similar characters, and this is the same devs from what I heard that worked on mvc3 which has 50 characters so adding all 60 would be possible but that's just a wishlist

I'm still really excited for the female fighter and the gunslinger whenever they get trailers. I can't wait to see more about this game in the future, we have had such little gameplay shown but I already really like what I'm seeing.
It can feel like it, but these aren't actual reveals. They're just slightly more elaborated looks on characters previously announced. We still know about 3 more, the gunslinger, the kung-fu girl and the grappler.
