@BeeLy1011 I mean the hardest part of that specific combo is building time stop. And even that isn't too difficult to build early. Then it's just the slash skill into conversion and then repeat the slash skill over and over before the super. Lost Warrior is cool. But overall he's a very simple character in terms of combos. Compared to characters like Ghost Blade, Troubleshooter and a few others.

The game currently, as far as when I'm posting this reply, has 17 players on it on steam. The game hasn't had 100+ players on average since last January 2023. The game died within a month on release.

I really loved playing this game. Back when it was released, DNF was the only thing that really motivated me to want to regularly play it -- without it, I might have given up on gaming altogether for a while. A truly incomparable piece of art.

It's crazy to see just how many people love this game and it undoubtedly has more potential. DNF duel getting the granblu fantasy versus rising treatment could definitely save this potential. Change up some more gameplay, add some more characters, more single player and online modes and this game could seriously blow up

The series has some great character concepts. I wish this would go on long enough to expand beyond just the player classes. It needs a good boss character too, theres plenty to choose from to be SNK level broken.

Feel redundant to have them over the subclasses they take from Michelle is unique. The Lost Warrior used to be a boss or NPC in the game but was removed.

I always assumed the various subclasses as "What if [Base character] took a different path in life?" In this case, what if the Fighter focused on her sprit more than her body?
Can't hope for a sequel either game has RB and great combat system. The promotion took half a year and was exclusively on this channel. Fighterz got a port with rollback and gets promo from ign and bandaid and arc sys. Granblue got a sequel with rollback and crossly and has promo from cygames and arcsys and granblue channel. Strive is striving with promo from fucking PlayStation and arcsys. Dnf isn't bad just took too long to get sum and only promo through their own channel. Sad 😢😢😢

Its interesting that people mock this game for steam's low player count, but then there are multiple people that say that this game is still being played at locals, they play with their friends, etc. Hell it was recently in evo japan as i think for a side tournament (?), so if there is something to go by, it has a painfully weak online scene, but if those claims of a better offline scene are to be true, then there is probably more than meets the eye. And I guess that sorta loyalty is being paid off as this game is gearing up for a second balance patch.
Nen Master's Reveal alone got me excited to play this game again just to find out that it's pretty much dead on steam. Someone already said it but hopefully this game gets a semi-reboot with another release like most fighting games usually get. That and they actually support it more since when I played on launch the devs did very little to actively balance broken characters. It's just a lot of wasted potential if you release a character as badass as Nen Master and not create an environment where they can thrive in. I hope DNF Duel makes a comeback soon!

Not just bosses, but even some of the NPCs would be great additions. I'd kill to see Aganzo, Michelle, Niu, or G.S.D in a fighting game.
