i like the rescue 911 episode where the mom is frying tortillas in 1000 degree oil and plugs in it with the cord through a doorway with a toddler in the house.
If we were experiencing covid in the 80s, i would imagine having more service announcments like this for kids and grown ups. Its sad if u think about cuz these commercials were intended for "latch key" kids who were coming home to no one. But on the bright side these commercials would inform and even make songs in ways of informing the general public

Abcdede Flims Inc. These characters were 35 years before Dora. There was no easy way to mix cartoon with live action at the time.
