A more realistic theory is that Kizaru is the brother of VegaPunk.
This explains everything you questioned, the reason why Kizaru grew up in a snowy environment, and also why VegaPunks bodyguard was with Kizaru.

I think Kuma didn't know he was going to have to do that before the Straw Hats came to the island. That was last minute thinking on Kuma's behalf, finding a way to get them out of a tricky situation whenever they punched a world noble and their end was drawing near.
So if you're saying that's proof against Kizaru being Vegapunk, then Oda could spin it that Kizaru himself wasn't sure what Kuma, his creation, was doing until he got the details later. If Kizaru is Vegapunk and Vegapunk is involved with the revolutionary army, I think the reason he showed up instead of any other admiral is because he knew that they would have been killed or imprisoned if anyone else showed up, so he had to come by and buy them time while actively thinking of a plan to let them escape.
What im saying is that Kizaru knew Kuma was saving them ,if i remember correctly he said something along the line of "hey why are you doing it,you know you'll have lots of questions to answers "
Alright, but that quote alone still leaves it open ended. Short of him saying "stop" or "don't help them" I don't think there's anything Kizaru could have said that wouldn't have fit with the idea of him having other secret motives. Also I just realize Kizaru's saying "Unclear Justice" fits Vegapunk as we know him perfectly. He could be completely loyal to government doing almost everything they ask of him without question, Absolute Justice, he could be building machines that he thinks will help the world and has at times refused to build certain things for the world government, Moral Justice, but instead we really don't know much about Vegapunk and why he serves the world government. His motives are... unclear!
I just enjoy hearing the idea of Kizaru being Vegapunk, due to his personality.

My new theory on this subject is that Kizaru is the brother of Vegapunk. This would explain why Sentomaru refers to Kizaru as Uncle. It would be disrespectful for Sentomaru to call his boss "Uncle" however if Kizaru is related to Vegapunk it would give Sentomaru a valid reason to refer to Kizaru as uncle. This would also explain why Vegapunk would decide to use his brother's devil fruit in his pacifista. and finally it would tie in with his childhood picture being depicted in the snow as he would have grown up with Vegapunk.

Jason Rodrigues Japanese are very fickle with their honorifics. Someone being called uncle might not be their real uncle. Plenty of people call someone they grew up with as "nee-chan" or "nii-chan" simply because they're close like siblings.
Remember, Luffy called Whitebeard "Uncle" once when Whitebeard was about to sacrifice himself to let the crew get away... But Ace jumped in to get fisted.

My personal theory is that Kizaru is the Admiral in charge of the of overseeing the science division and is a part of the science division itself as a scientist. There is no mistaken he does have some tie in to the science division in some way though. I just don't believe he is the all brilliant genius Vegapunk.
Kizaru actually wanted to be a singer, he was writing down a new song, and the books were all his original songs

One more thing: before the time-skip, kizaru disagreed with the way (pre-pacifista) Kuma was acting as a warlord. If he was Vegapunk, then he would not have agreed to program kuma to protect the Thousand Sunny.
The only way I could see this theory working would be that Vegapunk is Borsalino split personality that only emerges once in a while. That could explain why he needs Sentomaru, Vegapunk could not be a good fighter. Yeah sure its unpractical. But this is a world where a man rests his crown on a toy-slavery scheme where Sugar hitting her head or falling off the stairs will ruin everything.
Regarding Franky, well.. I don't see Robin talking about the revolutionary army and her threesomes with Sabo and Koala...

I disagree with this theory but I also disagree with your child drawing counter-argument.
I do think that young Kizaru is a hint. When Oda draws a character as a child he either makes it a joke, a reference to an established trait or a hint that there is something behind that character. We are gonna get a backstory about Kuzan at some point, and seing Sadie mourning over her dead pet tells us all we need to know about her and her relation to the beast jailers, who she met in almost literal hell. Orlumbus is supposed to be reading a book on explorers I guess, that's his thing.
But you would never associate Borsalino with books outside of this picture. He seems not able to hold a thought in his head, quite a thing needed for reading. He doesn't talk about philosophy, science or literature. Books dont mean you are smart but having so many of them and be reading at night, outside in the snow implicates that you're really into what you. And that make people wonder what could make carefree Kizaru-kun be passioned. And reading a lot IS a cliché for intelligence. I do think Kizaru has strong conexion with Vegapunk and that the child drawing hints a parallelism (maybe Borsalino couldn't keep up with Vegapunk and gave up for a carefree life?). Maybe they were friends and Vegapunk left for the revolutionary army and infiltrated the goverment thsnks ti Borsalino?
ALSO BALTIMORE WAS VEGAPUNK CHILDHOOD HOME, WHY HE HAD PACIFISTA LASER TECH HE WOULD PERFECT AFTER STUDYING KIZARU? If Franky was able ti implement ir it must have been almost ready. Just saying.

Invertion En Nice Caesar recognized Franky's Baltimore lasers as Vegapunks. He stoped working with him 2 years before the TS. And that was when the first line of Pacifistas was made. If he wasn't working with Kizaru in Baltimore, why would they be so similar Caesar would recognise them?
Please do more of these debunking videos, because some people just like to ass pull explanations for different things in one piece and other stories.

We know for sure that Dr. Vegapunk has his birthday at August the 9th. We got that from the Fifth databook. And the 59th volume SBS we found out the Kizaru has his birthday at November the 23rd. Totally different birthday.

Another reason why I never subscribed to the Kizaru is Vegapunk theory that I didn’t hear you mention was the fact that both Judge and Caesar worked with Vegapunk in the past. I know that it was only six years before the events of Punk Hazard post time skip, but I feel like if there would be anyone who would know the true identity of Vegapunk, it would be Caesar Clown. And because of his vendetta with Vegapunk he would use any information he had on Vegapunk against him. I guess one could argue that Kizaru-Vegapunk could have kept his identity a secret from Caesar, but I just feel like Caesar would be too smart to not notice random absences of Kizaru-Vegapunk when he was off fulfilling his admiral duties. Which he would having to do at the time six years ago because by then Kizaru was an admiral.
And similarly, I feel like Judge, who worked with Vegapunk much further in the past, would also use Kizaru-Vegapunk’s identity as ammunition for his ambitions.
I have a feeling that Dr. Vegapunk appearance gonna be a little man with an extremely huge head sitting on his body lol

I like the idea of kizaru being vegapunk because that would give him a bigger role in the story. So far the other two former admirals have a lot more plot relevance him for later story arcs (akainu being the fleet admiral and aokiji potentially being partnered with the blackbeard pirates)

And also, both Judge and Cesar know Vegapunk and have worked with him personally. Cesar probably hates him the most, wouldn't he just leek that important of a secret to "the joker" and/or kaido if he worked for them? If they had that information they could have targeted him personally. Anyway, once again keep up the good work!

One thing more is that I just can't imagine Ceasar trying to fuck over Kizaru as he did with Vegapunk. I don't remember exactly how the things went with them but I don't think Ceasar would have survived betraying Vegapunk if he was Kizaru.

Kizaru is an Admiral only people stronger than him, other Admiral's. If Kizaru had a Body Guard stronger than him it could only be someone like Sengoku!!
As far as the kizaru laser thing, i'm pretty sure vegapunk had already made a laser before meeting kizaru. Franky, after working in Vegapunk's home lab managed to make a laser very similar if not the same as the pacifistas' lasers, presumably from a blueprint of Vegapunk's.

What if the reason kizaru talks so slow is because of his light powers and his brain actually slowed down because he moves at the speed of light and his body is practically on auto pilot during fights. My theory based on nothing just a thought

I don't know but it's pretty good! I never thought about it, but why would Vegapunk want to copy Kizaru's powers specifically? He could have turned the robots into refrigerators based off the Chilly Chilly Fruit, or turn them into incinerators based off the Magma Magma Fruit, yet he chose the Light Light Fruit and only the Light Light Fruit to incorporate into his machines. Tekking never really debunked this theory like he did with Roger having the Gum Gum Fruit, he just pointed out that we don't have enough evidence to bank too much on the idea of Kizaru being Vegapunk.
I would like to see Dr. Vegapunk using the Metal Metal fruit. This is mainly because it proposes a similarity between Caesar Clown and Dr Vegapunk: some metal can be poisonous and a person as smart as VP can use that to their advantage. Additionally, different metals with different features (melting point, strength, refractive index) can hold a lot of opportunity.
