    Chris ; the tear down was great. taking the clothes from the closet was good but I really thought after showing us the piano , I was expecting to hear you play crocodile rock or some thing like with the excavator !! Ha Ha keep it up.

    That was pretty funny watching the Truck time the Fire before He would back up , so He didn't burn the truck up !! lolol... Looks like that all went well, cleaned up really nice Chris !! And the pond is already looking a lot better, That was a lot of mud smearing to make that one side but, it really looks Nice now that the grass has started to come back !! Another Job well done Chris !! Have a Great Evening , and , On too the Next !!

    I kept thinking about that yellow grader with the bucket way on the front. It would have kept you a little farther back from that fire. That was an inferno pit! Another great LD18 project. Thanks for bringing us along.

    Cool vids Chris thank you I miss doing the big pit burns myself I used to do those back in the day. One side note is I noticed a bit of slack in the skid steer tracks. More on the right just wanted to point it out. I know we had ours just a little snug but awesome..... keep the kids coming

    Chris did you ever stop to think if you dumped the raw materials in the ground, covered it over without burning and watering the area now and then, maybe a house would grow out of it.😉

    That pond sure has changed in the couple of months since you completed it. It took me a bit to recognize it at first it has changed so much already. It looks great now, can only imagine what it will look like when everything is grown in and the pond full.

    Many municipalities do not allow construction materials to be burned.
    Usually only allow trees and shrubs.

    Just watching you load the fire with the skid-steer was making me nervous. Definitely a job I'd use the Volvo for, the further I can be from a fire pit like that the better.

    Chris, I commented about the bucket size yesterday. Following up, the bales of hay from the barn that you loaded into the dump truck looked like shredded wheat cereal squares compared to the bucket. Great video again sir. Thanks.

      You really don't get an idea how big they really are until someone stands next to them to put them into perspective. Chris usually gets people asking him why his buckets are so small, then every once in a while, he will get out and stand next to them, lol. I remember when they had the 290 a couple years ago before selling it and getting the 250. He could have lived in that one, he he he. Was the size of a New York apartment. 😉

    Do You ever give these houses to your local Fire Department for practice burns ? I gave them our house years ago , they loved it as it gave them practice and I loved it because there was only 1 truck load of waste to clean up at the end .

    thanks for sharing a great video,in Southern California there is no burning. allowed so just to haul off the debris to a county landfill would have been way over $10,000

    I'd been watching for it. Finally saw the upright piano again. 17:50 Chris set it aside. Just needs a little refinishing for a few claw marks.

    Are you lucky that you have such good laws. Here in Berlin, Germany, I'm not even allowed to burn the remains of my roses. We have to put everything in a landfill for a lot of money.

    My little granny’s house was built in the mid to late 1800s there was a lot of old stuff in here house that was probably worth a ton of money..but while we where burying her we had no idea people were at her house going through and taking whatever they wanted she had no will ..some where family and some where just random people..made me so mad some people have no respect
