    Bridge pose / Setu Bandha Sarvangasana is a wonderful posture that helps to strengthen the backside body including the glutes, lower back, hamstrings, and calves. It also stretches the front side of the body including the hip flexors and abdomen.
    Wheel pose / Urdhva Dhanurasana is a deeper expression of bridge and has a similar effect on the same muscles groups. Doing these poses properly is vital to ensure their benefits and to avoid injury.
    In this tutorial I show you how to get into both postures and how to modify them to fit your body.
