sir ,i have same washing machine as yours.... and followed the exactly same steps as you did but my drum now has become completely grey in colour and look like some type of chemical reaction happened after the descaling process.please suggest what to do.

Samsung machine is good but it’s required regular check up and maintenance for long life.
but in my opinion better to use company recommended descaling powder or liquid for drum cleaning because when you purchased samsung washing machine (kuch pharakh nahi padata chalega nahi).liquid chemical will be more effective than the powder before use shake the liquid properly.after descaling rinse opertion is also must,liquid descaling chemical is more effective.

Mera machine 8 year old hai .or generally washing machine bathroom ke pass wale area me rakhne se moisture se rust pakar leta hai .or rust jadatar detergent wale area me pakarta hai.

Drain filter open karne se pehle uske side m jo black pipe hai usse pani drain karna hai...uske bad filter nikalna hai taki pani floor pe felega nahi...

Machine ko 40 bar use karne ki bad hi descale kar lena chaiye.
Approx 3 month pe descale kar lena chahiye.aap apne se drum me scale ka condition dekh kar descale kar sakte hai.jab apko lage apka drum ki shine kum ho jaye.

@@ananthasaijinde4488 last 10 year se used kar rha hu.koi problem nhi hota service engineer isliye bol rhe hai kyuki unka product sale ho .descaler me or kuch nhi caustic soda and detergent ka mixer hota hai .or aap jante hai caustic soda na hi Samsung or na lg company banate hai.baki aap samjhdar hai .ise jyda social platform pe nhi bol sakta hai.aap TH-cam video dekha isliye kyuki aap service engineer ke trap se bach sake.
