It is a fine strategy game but Civilization 6, Northgard, Intro the Breach and even Divinity 2 is on Switch which are all better. If the game didn't have Mario on the cover I don't think people would stick to the end and it really sucks you are forced to have at least one of the rabbits on your team.
Absolutely agree with mario odyssey being super accessible and one of the best mario games. I have a 45+ year old co-worker who got a switch lite for xmas and she had a blast playing odyssey despite it being her first 3D platformer

I have honestly never noticed the glitches you pointed out in Kingdom Battle I'm not saying I can say with 100% certainty they didn't occur during my playthrough, but they definitely were not jarring enough to notice.

I personally think Mario Bros U Deluxe is everything I ever wanted out of a 2d Mario game. It's the best games on the Wii u , ok well Mario kart is up there too and smash 4 was Janky af, but u take the 2 best Wii u games and smash them into one amazing game with more character options and a 40% price cut? Idk about y'all but that sounds like gaming heaven!
The only issue I ever had with kingdom battles was on one of the later stages after a long session the world started to break and flash models where they shouldnt be and stuff but a restart fixed it.
I always liked the Arcade Archives ports specifically because they don't have input lag. At least in comparison to other emulators. I bought a few Neogeo games that I already have on my raspberry pi just because the input lag was noticeably reduced. I can't compare to real hardware though
I'm comparing the input lag from the VS Super Mario Bros to the NES Switch Online Super Mario Bros. I know it's not the same but a lot of people bought VS Super Mario Bros thinking it is the same

Best video ever. My daughter turns 10 next weekend. She’s obsessed with Mario after I bought her a Nintendo switch lite and Super Mario Oddysey for Christmas. She wants a Super Mario cake, the Nintendo switch regular system and Mario Maker 2. I’m looking for more Mario games she can play on the switch.
I bought Mario Rabbits for the kids with no desire to play myself. I later noticed rabbids on netflix and was like there's a show, still having know idea what rabbids were we watched it. It's actually quite funny. Same humour as the game but I was playing a bit myself tonight before watching this video. It was the third time seeing the intro and I was finding it far more amusing after seeing the show. Still only playing it because I bought the Switch thinking it had an awesome library but now I feel like it's depleted already since christmas and no new games on the horizon.
The best 3d mario game(s) are the super mario galaxy series. Nothing beats it. The music, the gameplay, everything about is amazing. I still have my wii that I had since I was 7. I still play these games to this day.

Love the content. quick tip.with the puppy biting, let her bite you sometimes as it is in the dogs nature..however when it gets too rough after a few OWW's (to let her know she hurt you) get up and walk away.. puppy biting is a natural thing when playing with their litters or mothers.. however when they get too rowdy, one let's the other know they didn't like it by yelping and by removing themselves from the situation.. it may not seem like a big deal for you, but to the dog it means alot!(sorry I just love dogs and talking about them) xD

I didn't like how the music was only orchestral string and woodwind instruments; it could have used some brass instruments, especially for impact for boss fights. The humor was too obnoxious for me. It's humor is what a corporate board room thinks young kids like, like goddamn selfies and dabbing. It wasn't good enough for me to get the DLC.

Personally I split it into "Mario" games and "Mario Themed Games" So basically anything that isn't a plat former like a Mario game started and at its core is, its a "theme" game.

Rabbids is a great casual turn based strategy game for anyone who is open that. Its hard to call it a Mario game, but it is a good game with Mario in it. I didn't notice any of the graphical issues that you experienced. Mario Odyssey was a triumph. I don't give any credit for Mario Kart 8 or New SMB U since I played them both on Wii U. I'm fine with them being ported over, but we should have gotten proper Switch installments by now.

The random stars at the end of Mario Party are aggravating if you're playing with all adults; but if you're playing against kids, they can make the game. When our 5 year old niece bombed every minigame and came in last behind her older brother and my wife and I, she was pretty bummed. But then Toadette gave her two stars and first place, and she was over the moon! Her brother didn't even mind losing because he was just glad the grownups lost hahaha!

Mario Odyssey is NOT accessible to everyone. I am a blind gamer, and I purchased Super Mario Odyssey thinking it would be similar to Super Mario Galaxy, and I was half right. The gameplay is all right, but unlike in SMG and SMG2, the HUD is really bad. Galaxy's life circle is big enough for me to see on the TV, but in Odyssey, it is tiny. Furthermore, even with the new Zoom feature on the Switch, I have to strain my eyes two millimetres from the TV, as the text when someone is talking is white with no background, making is SUPER HARD when the white text is in front of something else that is white in the background.
Knowing next to nothing about how much work it takes for you to make a video, please allow me to comment haha. Love those show. Seriously, I look forward to them. If you were to add to your subject matter beyond the Switch, I would love to watch it. I recommend you do it. I'm the same and I spend like 100hs mastering it and the donkey kong DLC is just amazing. Everything is very charming, the collectables, the different levels, challenges, puzzles, and even the story. Great game to be honest, very surprising.

I agree with every placement. I would change my opinion on mario kart 8 if inside drifting bikes worked the exact same way they did in mario kart wii because the drifting was more responsive and just better in general. Also you could wheelee and get a speed boost from that

I like the way you say Mario. It adds to your character. Mario is also one of my favorite videogame franchise's. Its in my top 3. Along with Every Zelda game ever made and yoshis island.
I agree with every placement. I would change my opinion on mario kart 8 if inside drifting bikes worked the exact same way they did in mario kart wii because the drifting was more responsive and just better in general. Also you could wheelee and get a speed boost from that
