yeah this is a mod called Menyoo for PC only. I have never used Director mode

Ya it is really hard because u have to make it perfect but traffic goes through the cones

Yeah its all about practice with the cones. Best thing to do is put a traffic barrel in the middle of the road to see what side the traffic favors the most. From there you can begin placing the barrel/cones in the opposite direction if that make sense.
