Pretty realistic but one unrealistic part, is EU stopping Turkey from invading, As Turkey is in NATO and sorta allied with countries that sold weapons to Armenia. Eitherway W vid.
I would say they are being told to stay out of it because it’s initially a war where Azerbaijan was the aggressor and now they are getting their teeth kicked in so Turkey can’t step in. Turkey is fairly dependent on Europe for trade so I would think this first war would be something they wouldn’t want to screw up their economy over since they would be advocating war by supporting Azerbaijan. At least, that’s my deep think reasoning behind that.
Not really, Turkey was always a supporter of Azerbaijan, has deep-rooted hatred with Armenia and I'm pretty sure did help Azerbaijan (at least with supplies) in the 2020 war.
5:25 This is actually very realistic in today’s political atmosphere around Armenia, not that Armenia will be able to easily comqier all the land, but how Azerbaijan and Turkey role is currently, azerbaijan does want to invade and make a corridor and EU and US does held Turkey back from invading Armenia, i am astonished by the details of this video
I’m happy to see that all the research I do for these videos is noticed. I know the whole conquering thing is not realistic but I want all of these to be backed in as much realism as I can muster, while also being fun to watch. Thanks
@@A-History-Guy Thats the exact feeling i got, all the setup and story setting details are so good that its almost believable, thank you! Would love to see the Channel Grow Rapidly 🤞
I like this scenario rather much, Armenians have historically suffered a lot, despite being such an ancient and prosperous kingdom with such deep culture, just like its northern neighbours. Though, as a Georgian, I am kind of disappointed by the ''Georgia in Crisis'' direction that this Althist took. I myself have made several alternate history writings of a ''united Georgian-Armenian Caucasian empire'' and my initial idea was that the two help each another gain their occupied territories (Abkhazia and Samachablo for Georgia, Nakhichevan and Arstakh for Armenia) and unite, expanding in Azerbaijan and Turkey to reclaim MORE of their historic territory, eventually allying with northern caucasian states and creating a sort of a ''Pax Caucasiana.'' But this scenario has is very interesting too, I guess.
Isn’t it sad that we need an American to imagine how an alternate timeline for Armenia could go? Yes, yes realism, but there’s something to be said for growing a pair, declaring war on Georgia damn!
I like this scenario but imagine having to assimilate so many Azerbaijanis in this large Armenian state. It would be more trouble than what it is worth because they would revolt and cause so much instability.
What did you think about Greater Armenia?
Really good!
Not all the time Armenian History is older then Persia go look at History books .
