I will say this i buy about 20 of these either single class or usually all class crates during things like Halloween or smithmas where unusual chances are higher and that's how Ive pulled every unusual I have so if your looking to get one without just buying the one you want (which id heavily recommend it will almost always be cheaper) only ever unbox during one of those events it will say in the patch notes the chances are higher for the duration of the event. and in case anybody was wondering ive gotten 2 the first one was a starstorm insomnia timless topper and the second was a bubbling barnstorm bomber both where not very good in price but i was happy with them non the less

Craft hats using 3 refined, it may sound expensive but compared to all the shenanigans with unboxing you're better spending a few dollars rather than a few hundred dollars (unless you have a fetish for crafting hats in which case would be expensive)
