The problem with many "tournament edition" boats is the trolling motor and electronics they come with are not that good and you have to change them out. Better to get a regular one and add your own options after.

How bout the Ranger 20-21 foot. aluminum with 200 hp at Cabelas 52K Huntsville AL. Is that a good boat for tournaments. It's a nice set up and huge deck. I think for price it's a heck of a deal.
I currently own this boat for the last 2 years, bought it brand new. This is a good entry level boat, even though the carpet sucks (currently in the middle of replacing the carpet). I had 40k to spend on a boat and it was either this boat with enough money left over to install 2 Talons, upgrade both electronics and trolling motor or go with a Nitro Z18 and not have much remaining for upgrades. For me I feel as though I made the best decision at that time. I have out grown this boat and will soon be upgrading to a Falcon.
I’ve been running a tracker pro 160 a couple years and love the little boat. Most of us are reg guys, not pros making a living fishing. U know fishing is our golf kinda hobby lol.
Brother I got a 2020 Bass Tracker Classic XL. It came as basic as can be but is a great blueprint boat to do and throw on whatever the hell you want on it. I converted my 50 to a 60 HP, put a 6" hydro jackplate on it, recessed foot pedal, 24V 80lb thrust Minn Kota Terrova, Garmin 12"/ 7" navs front and rear with Panoptix, and converted to a 12 gallon fuel tank. All it needs is a casting deck extension which I am currently working on, so the build is near 100% complete. It does 43.5 MPH and is more than fast enough for me. Some 18 grand later (total) and I have a mini bass boat that's a solid competitor for my area style fishing. It's just tin compared to glass but it more than gets the job done and has been great to me thus far. Even my buddy with a glass boat has admitted this little beast jams pretty hard and fast for what it is.

Tracker is a good weekend Fishing Boat. Guys that don’t do poles or 2-12” screens. If you look at used Trackers 175 or 195 there is some great deal. But before I spent $57,000 on a Tracker. I would find a Good Used Glass Boat for $50,s
My first rig was a 2013 165 pro. Fished lots of tournaments in that little rig and just tried to stay outta the way of the big boys. Caught tons of fish in it and made some good memories but that's about all it was. Now I'm in an older boat but definitely and upgrade imo. Ranger R82 love it
Rig a Ranger, Phoenix, or Skeeter the same way, and it's $100,000+. Looked at a z520 yesterday that was $111,000😮😮. I'm not a pro, so that Tracker would fine for me.
I listen to the whole video. You said under priced. Hey, it is a Tracker. I have had 2 Trackers and I can say they are cheat boats. I have a new Ranger and it makes the tracker stink. Better quality by far. It is a tin boat like the Trackers but better quality by far.
I owned one for four years, got me going owning a boat but ultimately wasn't a great purchase. First issue I had was the bilge hose came disconnected from the outlet on the transom. So it slowly filled the bilge with water during the day. The only was to gain access to the hose was for the dealer to cut a hole into the deck and remove foam to access the hose. Also, the thing rode extremely bow high when fishing, adding power poles and a jackplate would made it basically be doing a wheelie. It already basically required a 52" trolling motor without poles. Also had the usual tracker issues with an extremely cheap plastic dash, and the vinyl flooring it came with starting coming unglued almost immediately. It also had a terrible ride, anything more than a riffle on the water and you were getting beat down. The positives were that size of the boat (big decks), and decent speed for a 150 (65 unloaded, around 60 loaded when propped right). Its unfortunately kind of an in between sized boat. The ride isn't good enough to be comfortable on big water, but its also a little too big and expensive to throw a jet engine on and beat in the rocks on a river.
Yeah.... my 195TXW TE is okay at best. Lots of great memories and don't regret the purchase. But, I wouldn't buy it again. I use it a ton and it just isn't holding up... Xpress will be my next purchase.

Sold my fiberglass bass boat I owned for 24 years. After doing my research, I bought a 2021 tracker 175 txw. Yes I do want to put a 24 volt trolling motor with spotlock on. Other than that, it rides and fishes great. Funny the fish don't seem to notice I'm not fishing in a too high price fiberglass boat anymore.

Me being the cheap guy I'll stick with my instate mirro craft works well for my musky fishing tournament or weekend warrior trip. Best upgrade was my 40 Suzuki last year (major props on your advice) the Suzuki gets way better economy than my merc plus it runs like a top.

Probably because the motor and trailer and fluids and gear make the boat a lot heavier. A lot of states require it simply based on trailer length as well.
Think about that: i am from europe and a brand new tracker 175 TXW with a Merc 60hp plus trailer WITHOUT ANY OPTIONS would cost me around 38k euros which equals to an amazing 43k dollars... again, for a tracker 175
People buying a tracker aren't putting 25k in options on it. And I haven't seen a dealer order this boat with anything other than the 115 merc. Msrp on this starts at 28k, not 33k.
My buddy has a 2020 twx with jack plate and 2 8' poles. He's rough on it and it holds up. He says it does ride like a tank and slaps chop instead of cuts. He's currently looking for a new glass boat
Tracker has a lifetime warranty on the transom, hull, external welds and interior ribs. It’s the same warranty as a Ranger. No other manufacturer can match the warranty. Yes, that includes Lund and Vexus. Now, the question is was the warranty voided with the jackplate and power poles? Yes and no. The transom warranty is voided but not the hull. So, is it still a good deal? Depends if your transom cracks right. Lol

I own a 2019 tracker 195... just got it out of the shop after 2 months of repair for their "transom fix." im curious to see the 2 10s on the console... Also, Tracker told me that the jackplate was a big HELL NO, if you want to keep the warranty... as for the blades, you CAN do that without voiding warranty IF you use a certain bracket that requires drilling several holes in the transom... makes no sense to me, but these are the words straight out of white river marine's mouth to me...
When I got my 195 there was absolutely no chance in the world they would be willing to put a dual power pole system or a jack plate on the boat because it would void the warranty the moment you put something more than one power pole on it. I got one unit on the bow cuz that's all that it can fit. You can out two units up front no problem. But other wise everything you guys put on this boat would either not fit, or void your warranty. Every 195 I see out there decked out with poles on it or jack plate I know have a voided hull warranty on it. Hear it from Tracker directly.

Been saying fir years tracker/nitro is the biggest scam in boats. Underpowered and stripped down with no options and amenities, but advertised as such a deal. Once you put all the goodies on it they cost more than other brands
The Tracker actually rides better than the Triton does. It has a bigger V up front. Different hull. It may still break and leak but if it don’t it will ride better. Great videos keep it up 👍🏼
There are better tin bass boats out there for a little more money. Vexus and Xpress come to mind. I'm not a pro fishermen, but I do know both brands are being used by the Elites Bass Pros. I will be making a Xpress purchase soon.

As far as I can tell, the view from most of these videos can be broken down into three conclusions. 1. All aluminum boats are junk. 2. If a boat is undervalued, they're junk that they wouldn't buy. And 3. If a boat is overpriced, they also wouldn't buy it because it costs too much. So I think the fair conclusion to draw is that they hate most boats (especially new ones). Do a video on good boats that are underpriced. Or do those not exist in your mind?
Here is how we see it... When it comes to tin rigs we are rocking with Gator Trax and that's about it if we had to throw down our own money on one. When it comes to new glass boats, sure they are expensive but there are some good buys out there but overall we are fans of re powering something a little older for waaayyyy less money
Buy used and upgrade how you want, much cheaper!!! I'll keep my 1999 zx210c skeeter that i installed a 2019 225 vmax sho, minnkota altrex, and 2 -12' TI2 lowrance with wireless connection to the units.

Pretty sure the Tracker dash panel would not allow to mount a dual mount bracket for electronics. Every Tracker I've seen has the graph mounted to the side on a RAM mount. They really do not let you do much to these boats. Package boat with VERY limited options.

Overpriced I just bought a vexus 1980 and for 2000 more I would have all the same options. And this boat seems a lot better built than the tracker.

When I got my 195 there was absolutely no chance in the world they would be willing to put a dual power pole system or a jack plate on the boat because it would void the warranty the moment you put something more than one power pole on it. I got one unit on the bow cuz that's all that it can fit. You can out two units up front no problem. But other wise everything you guys put on this boat would either not fit, or void your warranty. Every 195 I see out there decked out with poles on it or jack plate I know have a voided hull warranty on it. Hear it from Tracker directly.
Power poles don't void the warranty if you use the correct brackets.
@@Lray4x4 using the correct bracket and only having one of them will keep it within warranty. A dual pole system with two power poles with void your warranty even using two of "correct brackets"

Been saying fir years tracker/nitro is the biggest scam in boats. Underpowered and stripped down with no options and amenities, but advertised as such a deal. Once you put all the goodies on it they cost more than other brands
The Tracker actually rides better than the Triton does. It has a bigger V up front. Different hull. It may still break and leak but if it don’t it will ride better. Great videos keep it up 👍🏼
There are better tin bass boats out there for a little more money. Vexus and Xpress come to mind. I'm not a pro fishermen, but I do know both brands are being used by the Elites Bass Pros. I will be making a Xpress purchase soon.
Imagine being the paying 57K for a Tracker when you can buy a decked out 920 Elite for 68K with the same options....

As far as I can tell, the view from most of these videos can be broken down into three conclusions. 1. All aluminum boats are junk. 2. If a boat is undervalued, they're junk that they wouldn't buy. And 3. If a boat is overpriced, they also wouldn't buy it because it costs too much. So I think the fair conclusion to draw is that they hate most boats (especially new ones).
Do a video on good boats that are underpriced. Or do those not exist in your mind?

When it comes to tin rigs we are rocking with Gator Trax and that's about it if we had to throw down our own money on one.
When it comes to new glass boats, sure they are expensive but there are some good buys out there but overall we are fans of re powering something a little older for waaayyyy less money
Buy used and upgrade how you want, much cheaper!!! I'll keep my 1999 zx210c skeeter that i installed a 2019 225 vmax sho, minnkota altrex, and 2 -12' TI2 lowrance with wireless connection to the units.

Pretty sure the Tracker dash panel would not allow to mount a dual mount bracket for electronics. Every Tracker I've seen has the graph mounted to the side on a RAM mount. They really do not let you do much to these boats. Package boat with VERY limited options.
