This franchise is not run entirely by owners who have experienced the salon environment and the artistic values of the hairdresser. Very little regard for the advanced cosmetologistThey have no idea on advanced techniques on men's hair and their pay structure includes charging a ticket fee. Yes hairdressers, you have to pay the franchise $4.00 for every receipt FOR the decorations. Hello that is why you give them 60% of the ticket. And if your techniques are mastered you will have to make it harder for yourself to do the same style. You are a master but because they will pay less commission for the downgrade you will walk in there having the public think you novice. You will start HAVING to use only American Crew techniques. Wait, they are not American Crew. Oh and after delivering $1000.00 in revenue, you will not collect commission on product till you sell 12% ($120.00) of it. This may work for the inexperienced, but not for the Master Stylist. Definitely will discourage what motivates a great stylist. To boot they are very pricey!

Do the guys hand over their balls and "men cards" to the owners to throw away when they come in too? I'd rather go to a regular barber shop.
I prefer a more traditional barber shop. A man cave. This looks too... girly....
