I am a 5th generation Cajun in Southern Louisiana, I loved Justin Wilson and watched many of his tv shows and have an autographed cookbook from him; but the truth of the matter regarding Cajuns eating lamb is very few Cajuns eat lamb. I am 74 years old and it has been only the last 20 years that the supermarkets even carried a small amount of lamb.
Thanks for sharing. It was so good and before you passed, which is so sad I hope you passed on all your cooking talents to your younger ones. They’ll never be another one like you would ask for sure once again thanks for this recipe. It was real good.
Salt lowers the freezing point of the water allowing the ice cream to freeze before the outside ice melts. Yoy want to make sure you have enough salt with the ice so the ice doesn't melt due to friction
I used to watch this show with my dad. I haven't seen it since then. Thanks for the upload.
26:58...."Mary had a little lamb....and I done cooked it." FUNNY!
