Watched him in the '60s on PBS. Just love him! My Uncle in Tennessee bought his cookbooks and videos! If you get a chance to find his recipe for deep fried oysters, I gave it to my Dad. He said they were AWESOME! I think he had a sauce to dip them. RIP our sweet funny cajun friend!!!
