I grew up watching Miami Vice (the show premiered when I started high school and ended when I graduated), so it was a BIG part of my youth. The beautiful thing is that Johnson and Thomas are still friends in real life to this day.

I have to admit i got a little misty eyed watching Don Johnson and Philip Michael Johnson reunited on this show it's incredible how quickly the magic between them just comes back in an instant when they are on screen together.........
At 18.40 when nash and bubba hugg, ( sonny and rico) man it nearly drives me to a tear, the 80's and miami vice. Such a sad feeling that that magical series in the 80's feels such a long time ago, and the likes of which will never be seen again. Tubbs and crocket. Legends. Philip michael and don J.
CRAIG SMITH Yeah I totally agree; brought me right back to a Miami Vice in those scenes and you can feel them slip back into those characters even though they’re supposed to be different. Miami Vice should have went on for another 5 years or at least have had a couple of reunion movies.

I watched "Nash" for the first time last year and now go out of my way to see it daily ever since! NB is the perfect blend of heart, comedy and action (imo)! Its cast is SO well-suited (oh, man! the cloz!) the way the actors/ characters all complement each other... I feel it's very nearly the perfect series! Ya gotta love how you almost feel like you're in the backseat of that yellow Cuda with the wind blowing thru your hair!! Is it maybe bcuz Don's always been my heartthrob, LOL?? To sum up my feelings: I've been on a rollercoaster ever since hearing they were going to work on a reboot -- then not -- then... -- kinda like that! I would (a thousand times over) prefer a NASH return to a Miami Vice reboot, Bubba!

It’s the TV Cop Show equivalent of a Simon & Garfunkel reunion. The music, the powerboat chase, the rock star Meatloaf, was very reminiscent of Miami Vice and made me miss it even more! Strangely Philips character didn’t really have much to do as it was a one off. There was an emptiness to it sadly. The Cheech and Chong part was very funny.

La mejor serie de accion policial, Miami Vice, por eso Don Wayne Jhonson, fue el mejor actor, de los ultimos tiempos, deberian hacerle un tributo, un monumento, Y a todos lo que participaron en esta gran serie, records de la decada de los 80, hasta hoy sño 2021, no hay otra igual, la verdad es un orgullo para todos, los que somos fans df Don Jhonson.

Miami vice was a really good. Classic show. It's nice to see the show on Starz Encore, even though the shows are reruns Don Johnson was always good looking guy you were the one of my favorites on Miami Miami vice
