No wonder why this channel became one of my favourites !!! Thanks so much for this great collection, I can find now great arcade games I've never played before ! :)
I always wondered why the Strikers series was very similar to Aero Fighters until I found out that the lead developer from Aero Fighters had left the company to form PSIKYO.
since you're watching this video you will probably interested to know that there are two Psikyo shoot'em up collection for the Switch in physical format, the first one came out last month, the second one will come out next month; is possible to buy both at a discounted price on Play-Asia, I have placed my order today
At the moment there aren't news for a western distribution, so I'm going to import them both.. even if they're targeted for the asian market there is still the english language on cart
I do believe the Strikers games are their more well known series followed by Gunbird. Tengai may be third but only due to their main character, a very busty woman, and she's probably the only reason why people know of Tengai.
Hello! thanks for your videos; im looking for help about 3 games, im looking for their title since YEARS: the first one is the style of "1942" with nice colors and details but there was no technology, but i remember chinese buildings and temples and a lot of chinese dragons (years around 1987/89) - the second one was similar to rastan but in a big city and there was one guy fighting with a graffiti spray, he could move on 2 levels: the street and the sewers (both were visible) i had this game on my Commodore 128 (the year was around 1986/1988) - the third one was for atari i think and it was around 1985 with a small egiptian guy moving on different levels with lot of traps and elevators. I hope you can help me, thanks!
Why don't these guys release a physical copy of thier arcade games on multi format I know taito has done 1 and I think data east but I can't be sure but if they released them on ps4, switch, Xbox they'll sell
Fun fact: Some of the same team that made The Fallen Angels would go on to join SNK to make King of Fighters 99 and Garou Mark of the Wolves. Some of the characters from both games were inspired by the characters from The Fallen Angels
This company made some of my absolute favorite shmups. They are pretty brutal but damn do they look great and are fun.

Psikyo was psik (sick) wow, incredibly gorgeous graphics and a very well done video. Thanks.

TheRadik Many thanks for your uploads on these great GEM arcade classics and I'll see you soon PEACE OUT ✌.
Thanks for doing all these companies. I’m finding Ames to try I didn’t know existed…
Great selection. My favorite Psikyo game is the last one showed.
Psikyo has 3 volume collection on the Switch. All the best shmups. We need a volume 4 tho.
I've played the everloving shit out of Gunbird on Switch. Psikyo rules.
Hello from France 🇫🇷
Love retrogaming 👍
that first game is very awesome and scary how smooth the animation are
Daraku Tenshi vs Battle K-Road. The only fighting games by Psikyo
my goodness this games are way better than some of mobile games
Have Strikers 1945 Plus on Neo Geo MVS. Great game
So Capcom was publisher for Cannon Spike? Because the game has a lot of Capcom characters! Wish I had it for my DreamCast! 🙄😎

Thanks for the heads up! Are they both Japan only? I know Switch is region free, just wondering if I have to import.
At the moment there aren't news for a western distribution, so I'm going to import them both.. even if they're targeted for the asian market there is still the english language on cart
Owning Dreamcast I enjoyed cannon spike and zero gunner very much
They have some awesome games, for sure.
It’s amazing how many times they just straight up cloned “GUNBIRD”
i love these arcade games by another great company..the shooters are second to none..
Please...Their shooters are *very* second to Cave's. 😒
Neo Geo?
Psikyo makes the best damn shooters, bar none!
Psikyo is, and will always be the king of 1990s shmups bar none
Omg fantastic
Need compilations of these on home consoles.
There are 3 compilations of Psikyo games for the Nintendo Switch.
Best Games on ARCADE

Funny how the first game is a fighter not a Shmup 😂
Gunbird 👍
6:00 Mazinger Z Tribute
Love all the shmups
😂
Look like the equip of Dairaku tenshi (1998) is who meade the KOF 99 they have the prototype of Maxima and some gameplay of Garo Is here.

Is the third game king's valley?
most play well on Super Retro-Cade :D
You gotta send that dragon on the attack in Deragon Blaze!
Something tells me that they ripped off Capcom's 194X series when they made "Striker 1945" because of how similar it looks...
There were a lot more lasers and giant robots than what the history books told us about 1945. LMFAO
Battle K-Road, are you serious
ALL OF THEM
Format ?
Thanks !
♡

Esp.Ra.De ?
Canny shouldn't be in one of psikyo"s games. Plus the only games that company made that I love are Daraku Tenshi the Fallen Angels and Dragon Blaze.
Which emulator was used?
All with the MAME .199 except Deathsmiles 2
cannon spike whit cammy sf2...!!
i play on dreamcast where arw new...
so great game n sega console :)
So... when they weren't doing vertical shooters, they were busy being creative and having imaginative ideas?
Quem está no ano 1986 dar um joinha.
zero gunner.
EVERY GAME HERE IS TOP QUALITY I NEVER PLAY ANY OF THEM ONLY CANNON SPIKE ON DREAMCAST JAP GAMES RULE
🤔 26:50

First game, Daraku bla bla...a rip off of Art of Fighting 3?!?!
