That was an awesome collection! 👍😄💙💙💙💙
SEGA como siempre adelantado a sus tiempos.
This brought back some great memories. It also highlighted how many rip-off games there were, but whatever. It still think that 'Streets of Rage 2' has the best video game music of all time.
Sega were some awesme crazy and completely bonkers cmpany they push limits and try to do so many things love it,bt yo the music in the some of the games top notch
Welcome To The Fabulous Arcade Studiopolis Girl Inc Films: Best SEGA Arcade Games Classics
good old memories, thank you
Some graphics are really impressive for the 80s
26:50 Wonderboy in monsterland love this game
Sega 4 Life
Thanks enjoyed the video
Genial, como siempre 😀
Of those, I want on Switch:
Alien Syndrome 1987, Arabian Fight, Golden Axe 1989, Golden Axe Revenge of Death Adder, Thunder Blade, Altered Beast, Galaxy Force 2, Power Drift, Shadow Dancer 1989, E-Swat Cyber Police, Tough Turf, Alien Storm, Riot City, Desert Breaker, Burning Rival, Virtua Fighter 1.
My dad used to play Altered Beast..
First played Fantasy Zone 1 and 2 on 3DS and never looked back :)
The leap from 1985 to 1986 was nuts
Fun fact - Zaxxon was the first video game in history, at least in North America, to have a commercial about it on tv. Paramount produced the commercial.
Oh Out Run!! For a 10 - 11 year old boy this was the pinnacle of super-scaler racers (apart from Hang-On)
Looks like Sega really changed things from 1985 onward.
i think it is a matter of 16bit era vs 8 bit products
1. Sega Rally 2
2. Scud Race
3. Outrun 2sp
Excellent video, but miss Repulse (1985) arcade game. A. K.A. , '99 The Last War.
That's a great game Repulse a classic n one of my favorites!! The music soundtrack is amazing!! I wish they would've had ported it to the consoles!!
@@ozzie.l.6035 , the soundtracks e sound effects are really good. I don't know why it's not appear in this video.
@@rudycassiano yup exactly
Also known as Son Of Phoenix.
@@charlesn898 You right too.
Hi, you missed Daytona USA, Daytona USA 2, Virtua Cop, Virtua Cop 2, Virtua Fighter 2, Virtua Fighter 3, Virtua Striker, Virtua Striker 2, Sonic the Fighters, Sega Rally Championship, The House of the Dead, The House of the Dead 2, The House of the Dead 3 and others great arcade games from SEGA.
Monaco GP (1980) was also missing. I also noticed that Super Zaxxon and none of the G08 vector games weren't listed as well.
@@charlesn898
Ooh, forgot about Monaco. Great graphics and super fun.
the thing i find amazing is that modern sega arcade games are incredible but we just don't get amazing pc ports of them when since the early 2000's they have been using pc based hardware.
30:55 Correction: Fantasy Zone II was released in 1987 for the Master System, and in 2008 a remake was made for the System 16 board.
Remaking these games will be so helpful
I remember a top-down racing arcade games similar to "Rough Race", where you can shoot to other cars, it has elevated roads, and jumps, his circuit where compact, with a lot of details, if i remember correctly, when your car whre destroyed an elicopter help you do come back in circuit, late 80s first 90s.
Someone remember the title of the game?
Found it, the game was "Badlands"
My best 10 SEGA:
Shinobi
DoubleDragon
WonderBoy
Hang On
Out Run
Dynamite Dux
G-Lock
Pit Fall
Alien Storn
Altered Beast
Sorry ;)
Golden Axe IN
Alien Storm OUT
@@Marktemolator Which Wonderboy? I always preferred the first one, never liked what they did with 2 and 3.
planetX15 first one,the best
I wish NINTENDO gave SEGA arcade games more love. Im talking awesome 3D sega arcade titles. Planet Harrier, Jurresic park, Daytona usa 2, Wild riders, Magical truck adventure for example. Perfect for the Virtual store!
I think it depends on Sega themselves whether they will release their classic arcade games or not.
Very nice video, but I gotta say, I'm a little disappointed that you went all the way to 1997 and didn't end up including Cyber Troopers.
this should had been released on the saturn back then already ..their home market killed them and kept them alive..what a paradox..
Wow Space Harrier still looks amazing. No wonder I was hooked on as a 11 year old
Let's go SEGA!
#GOSEGA #SEGA60thAnniversary
very useful, I'm getting an atgames ultimate and I want to remember more games to add to my rom list.
Great idea
Holy Shit There is Whole Lot Game from Sega
5:20 is that Rydeen from Yellow Magic Orchestra playing? This is crazy
Last survivor was basically an FPS deathmatch in 1989 wow
Iv forgotten more games then most people have ever played
What filter are you using ?
Great work, but it could've been better in the choices, like bank panic instead of pig Newtown
Perfect
Just checking but are not some of these merely PUBLISHED by SEGA at the period of their release? Do they even own those IP?
Thanks for the video otherwise!
Wonderboy is the best arcade game of all time in my opinion.
Wow, they did Tetris, first? Young folk will never understand how huge that game was.
UP N DOWN LOVE THAT GAME!!!
I went to an arcade in hawthorne, nj and they actually had that game there
Pulsar has really great audio
Beat em up games were made for the arcade.
Great work. Could you do the same thing for Taito, Namco, Irem Corp, etc.?
In my channel you will find more collections of companies:
Irem: th-cam.com/video/MODpcpm92P8/w-d-xo.html
And many more, although Namco is coming soon ...
Head On 2. Also known as Dodge 'Em for the Atari 2600 lol
How was choplifter in the arcades the same year as gauntlet?
Wish these would get ported to the ps4 sega ages like the arcade archives..
Sega mega drive best ever after that play station 1. Stick the rest
get sega catridge for saturn have outrun spaceharrier and afterburner all on one, play like arcade in quality of graphics. in 80s in britain you either had to go to seaside amusements or find a chippy or video shop to play arcade games.played enduro racer in 80s in the chippiy called dorothys in caroline street aka chippy alley cardiff.
Wooow. Long time,,,,🕹🕹🎮🎮🕹🕹
this seems to be a random sega arcade games collection of videos than the best...
