once in a while i do this. 1) lightly exfoliate with soap 2) wash off and scrub skin with til you see dead skin (usually damp, or almost dry. not wet) 3) dry a bit and check skin by lightly scratching 4) repeat #2 on whole body focusing on parts with more dead skin over time it becomes minimal. On regular routine (exfoliation every other day) I scrub with liquid body wash + sugar I have a heavy preference for Some By Mi's body soap because they lightly exfoliate already on its own
But still don't scrub too hard might cause irritation, and also depends on skin type, some people can't use exfoliating mitts because of sensitive skin
What I do is soak my akin in warm water then pat dry. Then scrub with the cloth. This yellow cloth is the roughest. I use the green one. And there’s also a pink one for face.
Korean Italy towel , they’re called that because the textured fabric is from Italy and it’s woven together in south Korea :) they can be found on Amazon !
In iran we’ve been using this thing for hundreds of years and i can tell you it has been safe for me I recommend however probably don’t do it everyday as your face will be very dry. Once a week is completely safe
maybe every few weeks? it depends on your skin, the commenter above does it once a week and is perfectly fine but others will not be. especially if your skin is not used to it.
It might have felt way harder than it was tho because children have more sensitive skin and are often less pain tolerant so it feels way harder than it was @@hkjennylee And yes it shouldn't bleed at all, in fact, it shouldn't even hurt much
The real ones know that the rock works best 😉
What's the rock called!
Yeah you are right 😂
Pumic stone@@XxMayhem88
@@XxMayhem88I think volcanic pumice stone
@@DonMut-u9h oh noooo, absolutely not those
does it help with body acne??? and do i have to wash it with savlon everytime after using it?
Okay but when I get out the shower the dead skins are still clinging to my body. I know it’s because I scrubbed good but how do I get rid of them.
I guess clean with a lot of water or you can also use soap

you just wash the dead skin off with water and soap after you scrub!
Do we use the glove with soap or without soap ???@@hkjennylee
@@hkjennylee and if u have applied body oil then how to use the glove ..... or do I use body scrub paste or this exfoliating glove
Girl, a bit random, but you are GORGEOUS! ❤
So where can i buy the exact one 😮
does it help with hyperpigmentation?
Genuinely curious, doesn't harsh scrubbing damage skin ? I read everywhere on google to scrub gently 🥺
That rule applies to the skin on our face. The skin on our body is much thicker and a bit more resilient.
But still don't scrub too hard might cause irritation, and also depends on skin type, some people can't use exfoliating mitts because of sensitive skin
Beli sarung tangannya dimana ka?
I tried doing it, and I followed all the steps, but I didn't get any dead skin coming off, does that mean I don't have any dead skin?
Get a better glove or mit
Or swim for a while it peels so easy
you have to truly soak your skin in warm/hottish water, can't be in the shower for 5-10 minutes and expect the same results

everyone has dead skin, if you didn’t have dead skin you wouldn’t have skin so you probably just aren’t doing it right
I’m intrigued by this product. May I please have the name of this exfoliating mit and where to buy it? Thank you for sharing. God bless.🙏🏼♥️🙏🏼

So what’s your opinion of using these for your face?

Don’t use it on your face, buy a chemical exfoliator instead (meant for the face) It damages the skin on the face and causes premature wrinkles.
do not do that!
I agree y’all! Was asking for a friend because they do that lol
Then when do we use the body wash?
after this!!
Use cheese grater 😃
I don't know it's origins but Arabs been using them for centuries
google says it was invented in Korea but glad other countries are using it as well 🤷🏻♀️☺️
Arabs use loofah which is similar or the Moroccan glove 🧤
my arm started bleading lol
it shouldn’t bleed at all 😳
trust me my mom used to scrub it HARD on my back

Can we just do it with a cloth?

But what about a good, trustworthy brand? Some just scratch the skin...
