What i love about Dove bar soap or their body wash is sometimes you don't need to put lotion or any moisturizer because its very moisturing already 🤍

I wish I could skip lotion but nope.. not even the moisturizing soaps help me I'm so freaking dry dude it's the same with conditioner some conditioners have to be half rinsed out to work on me
I'm sorry but you should always (whether you need it or not) put on lotion, that's a sin in my book!

I have very dry skin & my dermatologist said use CeraVe mosturizng cream & splash baby oil on after the CeraVe mosturizing Cream dries.I works wonders.I am a 59 year old MALE.I work all year outside on a golf course in New York & this works for my dry skin !!!!

I personally am enjoying shaving with shampoo instead of my EOS shaving cream. I love the rich, thick lather it gives me and it's super easy to wash off afterwards. I also find that I d9nt have to keep applying more of the shampoo on my legs when it dries out while I'm shaving bc the shampoo sticks to my legs so all I need to do is apply a little bit of water to reactivate it. I used to shave with conditioner before shampoo and that's also another great alternative to shaving creams.
Same, I use conditioner and it’s like what you described. It’s also one less thing to buy

Yep. I have used shampoo as a body wash. And i have even used conditioner afterwards. I was soft too. Lol.
But yes i will use shampoo and soap or soap and conditioner. The latter works real good with shaving.

When I was at the doctor s the doctor said you wash from your head start on and work your way down from head to toe because the dirt runs down ward so that's what I was instructed to do and it's prevention to keeping your ph in tact and bacteria from entering thank you also unscented soap was advice as well but every one is different

I first get in the shower i wash with the dove bar soap and then go in with the dove body wash but I usually save first but i do that last but i end up washing my hair after everything else

We don't need one Aggressive exfoliation. You passed the sponge and then more exfoliating. This is how you attack your skin

Hey, obviously if you're happy with this routine, go for it and keep doing what your are doing! But just know that, to much soap is not good for your skin and therefore it's unnecessary to use this much and it's even not healthy to be using soap every day. As long as you take a shower everyday and wash your body with water as wel, you only have to use soap every couple of days or so. Just a tip, good luck!
I love the fact you wash your legs (and feet)...some people don't they just wash the top half of their body and then allow the soapy water to run down when they're rinsing their body.....which is disgusting 🤢.....the whole body is supposed to be washed (actually scrubbing with soap and water)including the belly button and behind the ears.....

I wash myself twice when showering and maybe that's why .
