The Bible is clear that you must repent yours sins directly to God through Jesus, also no praying to statutes, that's Idolatry. Catholics are doing everything wrong. Why can't they see that. I pray God will open their eyes as he did mine, I was raised Catholic and got nothing out of it. My Mother was only following my father's wishes after he passed. There was no Bible as we know it in very early Church, but Holy Tradition was from the beginning. Only Orthodox Church keeps Holy Tradition, has true Sacraments, and true teachings based on Holy Scripture and Holy Fathers of the Church. Nobody else.
Protestants made huge, catastrophic mistake. Instead of going back to the roots of true Christianity ( Eastern Orthodoxy) they invented new "religion", completely contradicting to teachings of Holy Fathers of the Church about many important things, like Liturgy, Eucharist, Sacraments ( confession for example ), etc. They went wrong way because Bible is not everything in Christianity. It's a part of Holy Tradition, which has everything necessary for salvation. But Luther was right to criticise Catholic church because Catholics changed everything possible in their teachings after split in 11th century from true Christian church, Orthodox.
