The apples are lightly browned and remain a little crunchy 🙃🙂 I used any mold, not at all non-stick and half-f*cked up that I found in a resource store for the occasion. But my little knife is sharp 👌
    👉 If you feel up to a hot release and you have a mold that you are confident in the non-stickiness, you can grease the edge with a generous layer of margarine, on which you sprinkle a thin layer of fine sugar.     INGREDIENTS:
    2 apples (choose a variety of sweet apples, which sticks to cooking)
    230g of plain soy yogurt (or lemon why not - put less sugar then ...)
    100g of sugar
    ~ 10g of vanilla sugar (one sachet)
    35g of neutral oil (grape seed oil in the video)
    145g of flour T45 to T65
