    In my 50th video, I made a lantern eggplant, which got the attention and love of many friends, some of whom asked if it could be steamed! This time I used eggplant for steaming, but this time I changed the shape to a romantic rose flower shape instead of a lantern shape! I also replaced the pork with a refreshing shrimp mixed with saury, which has a lighter and fresher taste! In order to preserve the bright purple color of the eggplant, I did some treatment on it, need to soak it in water with white vinegar, and you must boil the water before putting it in the pot for steaming, and then steam it on high heat for 7 minutes. That's it!
