Pro camarão é sal, água e óleo pra limpar, pra cozinhar ele é gengibre, cebolinha e cerveja. Pro molhinho é alho, gengibre, pimenta dedo de moça, cebolinha, gergelim amarelo, óleo bem quente, sal, pimenta (provavelmente pimenta síria), açúcar, shoyu e vinagre balsâmico.
👍👍👍 maybe the most valuable cooking lesson for me! (who will teach this for free?) I didn't know about the digestive parts/area but i always take out the long "thread" and dangerous "needle". Everybody please do cut off needle so animals don't get accidentally stabbed.💜 The straw method was unusual and effective tool. Also how she washed several times with salt was so useful. Thank you for teaching us the importance of cleaning these seafood.

Or just buy headless shrimp or better yet, buy them already cleaned.
That not true. The toxic part is only part of the problem. I have a friend that eat only meat part by accident and he still go an allergies reaction.

Some of those shrimps were still alive. Frozen is not looking too bad now. That seems so painful for the shrimp while there is some life left in them.
Chinese people prefers to eat freshly killed seafood.

С нашими перемороженными варёными креветками из супермаркетов не получится так сделать. Хорошие вкусные креветки найти почти невозможно.

非常好的去蝦內臟方法!請問這樣煮蝦大約要多少分鐘才不會柴呢?
虾是否煮好了,时间上来说。,这个和虾大小和锅和火吸收热量都有关系,还是要自己根据自己的厨具,食材情况,冷冻的要解冻到常温,不然冰冻和常温也不同。最基本上先注意虾的颜色,变红了就基本差不多了,然后注意虾的弯曲程度,你看视频还没有煮之前放锅里虾弯曲不大看起来大概是V字形,视频中煮好了的时候筷子夹起来的虾是接近U字形,如果O字形那肯定煮过了,最好U字形就差不多了。。每个人口感不同,再根据上次做的情况做调整。
