I like the dmr idea but I'd limit which dmr's have that ablity to give under performing characters a buff kinda like how they balenced the secondary hard breacher gadget. A second alternative is to have "full metal jacket rounds", "depleted uranium rounds", or whatever flavor text be a secondary gadget that works in tandem to dmr's. That would limit the number of gadgets one operator could remove (if you say had to single load each round or with a smaller mag size) as well as make it more of a choice of if you want to have that at the cost of a secondary gadget.
What about a secondary gadget called "armor piercing rounds" ubi could give these to some ops with a lower pick rate. This would allow them to do damage to indestructible gadgets at a range, but it would replace either their lethal or tactical gadget.
I saw this in another video, instead of "piercing armor rounds" it was a flare gun, kind of similar to ashes rounds but a lot less explosive and it was only one, the thing was that in the original idea instead of replacing the secondary gadget it replaced the secondary weapon, the thing about this is that it would allow attackers to destroy banshees, mastro cams, bulletproof cams, deployable shields and so without exposing themselves, but at the cost of only doing it once and that if you run out of ammo in a gunfight, you are dead.
you could make it a barrel attachment that gives you more recoil/less damage but maybe 5-20 shots will destroy any indestructible gadget. perhaps give it only for very under used weapons like some lmgs and dmrs.

For that 'turn gadgets against the defenders' idea, make it so you have to physically see the gadget and have to physically shoot it with something in order to 'turn it' as opposed to just seeing through walls and hacking it simply like that. Maybe take Mozzie's PEST Launcher and modify it to turn gadgets against the defenders but again; you have to physically aim and shoot the gadgets yourself.

Solution for fuze, unique frags that cannot be cooked, when destroyed or upon first eruption they have a MIRV effect. Give it a long wind up animation and no cancelling ability so it’s a locked animation. He still has room clearing presence, still pressures Jäger and Wamai gadgets, and has the capability to kill. They can even make the grenade look like a fuze puck to keep tradition

I have a couple of ways to counter/nerf the operator that can hack gadgets -mute : any gadgets in the radius of the jammer cannot be hacked into -Kapkan : when his trip wire gets hacked the laser gets brighter so easier for defenders to see -ela : similar to kapkan where her mine gets more visible to defenders and maybe changes colour -maestro: his camera could always be open so defenders can disable it quickly -Melusi : Her gadget can be destroyed by bullets but take a couple similar to frost -lesion : his gus are no longer transparent I think these could work but can interchange these ideas to balance them out
They could maybe introduce a secondary gadget that works like a mini jammer for offense where in a specific radius defender gadgets are disabled for maybe 15 seconds
I would like to see fuze have an option where you cold press the deploy button and it would work as it does now however you could also hold down the button which would prime it to deploy when someone walks past it or in a close proximity to it. To balance this out, part of the cluster charge could be visible through whatever the device is connected to and perhaps even produce a humming or beeping noise that is audible to enemies that are almost in the deployment range.

If they tried the DMR upgrade, they count make the amount of bullets necessary to destroy it like 20. Significant cost for attack and still provides some utility for defense and gives them a chance to defend their gadgets.

Don't go for interos every god damn time, be extremely patient, flank as late as you can without lost the round (say 50 seconds), and for the love of God never take fair gunfights. I think that the dmr buff could be great if there was two classes of bulletproof stuff. So the banshee and some of the other bulletproof stuff could be taken out with a few shots but stuff like evil eyes could be fully bulletproof

You only have to do one thing if you want to buff Fuze. Whenever he deploys his cluster charge the finale of the 1812 overture starts to play for everyone in the match. The music drowns out the pucks, and it gives you a cool highlight.

i think if they are going to do the dmr change they should only make it they have like a dedicated magazine of high penatration bullets that could possibly take out up to 2 peices of utility for example a banshee would have less health than an evil eye.
With the dmr destroying the meastro gadget they could make it so it gets stuck in play so he cannot rotate it similar to how it is when he is dead but he can still shoot from the can when alive

As someone who likes DMRs, the 3x scope is very good and makes dmrs viable even at close range. They should also allow them to at least disable maestro and melusi gadgets for a few seconds.
I think the dmr buff should exist, but only being able to destroy shields (including goyo shields). Also I think fuze is currently super underrated as gadget destroying operator that can also make defenders abandon their position, and with the new hard breach he'll be even more consistent. I feel like he's a must pick on consulate if thatcher is banned, and he's great in chalet, kafe and pretty good down stairs on outback and on clubhouse. he also has the best or second best gun in the game (either it or the g8).
Experiment with allowing 2 of fuzes cluster charges to be placed on reinforced walls at the expense of having a longer deployment time and louder sound cue. This wouldn’t be for fragging purposes, more like taking over thatchers previous role of destroying a large number of gadgets
On the idea of the DMRs destroying gadgets that are currently indestructible: for Maestro's gadget, maybe damage can only be dealt from behind, and maybe this would be an ammo choice that competes with the barrel attachments.
What if fuze had a multi-stage trigger system. So if you tap it once it only shoots one puck. Hold it for a sec it shoots 2. 2sec it shoots 3, etc. You can tap it until the placed gadget runs out of ammo. The "detonation" animation should also be replaced with something faster. Could also make it so the amount you hold for changes the spread pattern of pucks.
In order to balance that hacker specialist, you could make it so that they have to have line of sight or have the gadget be pinged by you or a teammate. That way instead of stepping on IQs toes the two operators would have to work together. Also maybe have the hack take some time, similar to dokkebi when’s she hacking a phone, so it would be higher risk compared to thatcher or IQ, but also higher reward.
On the hacker operator idea, I think it’d be a great way to bring in watch dogs into the series. So when you hack the items, instead of turning them into your side, it just activates the gadget. Also instead of seeing the gadgets through walls, you start by hacking cameras and connecting through cameras you can see, kind of like the watchdogs hacking mechanics.
For the DMR suggestion maybe only limit the ability to destroy indestructibles to bulletproof cams, melusis cause then maestro wouldnt have to worry I don’t think that being able to destroy those couple of gadgets would be overpowered in the slightest

Okay going off the second question what if instead...the operator had to kill a certain operator and go to their body (like phones dropped as doki) and then they can take 1 extra gadget on their body and place it. So if you kill kapkan you can go over to his body and grab an extra one and place it around obj. Same with valk/castle/ etc
Glaz should be the only one to be able to break indestructible gadgets with like 7 bullets (maestros, castle) or penetrating miras, shields, or even clashe’s shield
I remember when Ranbow6 was merely a year old, there were only the vanilla operators and very few alternatives to operators such Fuse. There were compilations of people getting multikills using Fuse's ganged. Especially popular where Fuse player using in on the hostage room yoloing it.

Make DMRs have less amo so you really have to choose which gadgets you take out. And eventually have to choose between taking out gadgets or having enough ammo to take players out. Love this DMR buff idea
DMR's are SIGNIFICANTLY underrated. Most of them are 2 shot downs so as long as your aim is on point then you are golden. My KD with DMR's is about 1.5 higher than with automatic weapons. More people should seriously try it out.
What do you think about an offensive operator who is essentially a kapkan with multiple claymore. Maybe 3 with maybe his own version of kapkan traps for those aggressive defensive players who jump out of windows
Probably only make the melusi destructable with dmr, but make it like 5-15 shots. The other bulletproof gadgets are fine, but maybe make the bulletproof cam get more covered/less effective scan the more damaged it gets.
How about give the DMRs a special clip ,found in the customization section of the weapon load out that is amour piercing rounds but a 5 round clip. Good idea?
I wonder if it might work as a replacement for the tactical, so if you have the DMR equipped you could choose AP mags as your tactical option. I feel like full-size mags could still work for this if you had to go through a reload animation every time you swap between ammo types, where your operator would remove the current mag, eject the chambered round, and then load the other ammo type. It would become very situational then, since even with a 20-round mag for Twitch's 417 you would quickly run out of your limited AP rounds if you got rushed before you could swap back.

I think Fuze could benefit from a device like Ash or Hibana. Firing it at range but maybe a few less pucks? Help his verticality a lot, because I enjoy his gadget as it is.. but the lack of soft walls (especially on some of the bigger maps) makes it hard to hit from the sides. Plus 2nd floor sites make it impossible for him to go from above. But from the floor... that can be useful.
I think for fuze he should be able to put it on a reinforced wall but it only sends 1-2 pucks with a delayed release. Basically acting like a Lance from Kali but more deadly at the same for balance it can be shot beforehand
DMRs because they are single shot will always be either 2 shots to kill (too powerful) or 3 shots which is considered weak. Because of this, DMRs need to be used for utility rather than fragging.
Do you think Ubi should lower the ranked level? This season two of my friends started playing, but after a couple of weeks, they quit because it takes so long to hit level 50. I think 30 was just fine, if they’re gonna switch it I think 35 is enough.
I’ve always said instead of an attacker that can hack defender gadgets we should get an operator that disable them. Like you get 2 gadgets,it works in like a 3 meter range,and can disable 1 gadget at a time. You as a defender would be altered to you’re gadget being deactivated. I think that be a better alternative option in my opinion. 1.)mute could be an easy counter to this. Depending on if it could through reinforcements bandit+Kaid could also be counters.2.)defenders could go try to reactivate their gadgets and end up getting flanked/out smarted by players using this hypothetical operator, and 3.)it would gives us a thatcher alternative.
Honestly I just think that some of the more annoying bulletproof gadgets need "weakpoints" like the Maestro cams. Goyo has the bright red canister, Mira has the bright red canister, the wall cams can be shot from the sides, Melusi should have some weak spot that opens up when the dorito opens up.
For that fuze buff they could reduce the number of his gadgets and the number of pucks in the gadgets so that way he could only close off and trap a defender once and so that jager and wamai could counter him
With the introduction of the newest sights in the game, what would you think if Ubisoft added new ammunition types to the game such as hollow points, incendiary, armor piercing, or full metal jackets. I think these could have certain effects of gadgets and environments in the game and have counters towards different operators.
I had a similar idea as an option for meastros shotgun where he could either choose buckshot or slug rounds so that you can either make it viable with slugs or you can make it a meme weapon by giving it buckshot

This sounds like a perfect solution. Simple, effective, and allows the DMR buff to happen without upsetting the greater balance of operators.

Dok is already a strong operator if she manages to hack an enemy's phone. An op who can hack more gadgets than just cameras would be overpowered.

So add in bullet types to give more versatility to underutilized guns? By having specific guns and bullets be able to take out certain indestructible gadgets?
If they tried the DMR upgrade, they count make the amount of bullets necessary to destroy it like 20. Significant cost for attack and still provides some utility for defense and gives them a chance to defend their gadgets.
What do you think about buffing or changing cav I feel she is weak in higher ranks
She's a high skill op that doesn't need changing. I main cav in the high ranks and she is effective if you play her right.
Purple_ _Squad157 in high ranks she is borderline useless because you can never isolate a single person because the enemy plays so closely together

Don't go for interos every god damn time, be extremely patient, flank as late as you can without lost the round (say 50 seconds), and for the love of God never take fair gunfights. Make everything in your advantage from pixels to shotgun in the corner.

For the DRM buff you could make the gadgets have different health pools such as bullet proof cams could have like 150hp and maestro cams could have 500hp or more

Other than the ammo capacity, Maverick’s DMR is honestly my favorite.
Mavericks dmr is mad fast but I think it should get like 5 more bullets

I think that the dmr buff could be great if there was two classes of bulletproof stuff. So the banshee and some of the other bulletproof stuff could be taken out with a few shots but stuff like evil eyes could be fully bulletproof
what I was thinking is that you would put a different type of bullet like the armor penetrating round, in bf1 which would allow the attacker to break the gadget.
That could be a really good secondary gadget
What do you think of Jager controlling his ads instead of it being controlled for him? This could be similar to maestro in his own way. It would lower his number of picks by a good amount in my opinion and would require my strategy.

You only have to do one thing if you want to buff Fuze. Whenever he deploys his cluster charge the finale of the 1812 overture starts to play for everyone in the match. The music drowns out the pucks, and it gives you a cool highlight.

i think if they are going to do the dmr change they should only make it they have like a dedicated magazine of high penatration bullets that could possibly take out up to 2 peices of utility for example a banshee would have less health than an evil eye.
With the dmr destroying the meastro gadget they could make it so it gets stuck in play so he cannot rotate it similar to how it is when he is dead but he can still shoot from the can when alive

3:57 what I was thinking is that you could make him only have 2 hacks, cannot do it through walls and has to get very close to the gadget and lastly if you hack something like a Kaplan trap there could be something like a bright green laser that goes across the doorway
As someone who likes DMRs, the 3x scope is very good and makes dmrs viable even at close range. They should also allow them to at least disable maestro and melusi gadgets for a few seconds.
I think the dmr buff should exist, but only being able to destroy shields (including goyo shields). Also I think fuze is currently super underrated as gadget destroying operator that can also make defenders abandon their position, and with the new hard breach he'll be even more consistent. I feel like he's a must pick on consulate if thatcher is banned, and he's great in chalet, kafe and pretty good down stairs on outback and on clubhouse. he also has the best or second best gun in the game (either it or the g8).
Experiment with allowing 2 of fuzes cluster charges to be placed on reinforced walls at the expense of having a longer deployment time and louder sound cue. This wouldn’t be for fragging purposes, more like taking over thatchers previous role of destroying a large number of gadgets
what you do think about the new point notifier on the side, I find myself unaware if i secure the kill in certain situations.
On the idea of the DMRs destroying gadgets that are currently indestructible: for Maestro's gadget, maybe damage can only be dealt from behind, and maybe this would be an ammo choice that competes with the barrel attachments.
What if fuze had a multi-stage trigger system. So if you tap it once it only shoots one puck. Hold it for a sec it shoots 2. 2sec it shoots 3, etc.
You can tap it until the placed gadget runs out of ammo.
The "detonation" animation should also be replaced with something faster.
Could also make it so the amount you hold for changes the spread pattern of pucks.
In order to balance that hacker specialist, you could make it so that they have to have line of sight or have the gadget be pinged by you or a teammate. That way instead of stepping on IQs toes the two operators would have to work together. Also maybe have the hack take some time, similar to dokkebi when’s she hacking a phone, so it would be higher risk compared to thatcher or IQ, but also higher reward.
On the hacker operator idea, I think it’d be a great way to bring in watch dogs into the series. So when you hack the items, instead of turning them into your side, it just activates the gadget. Also instead of seeing the gadgets through walls, you start by hacking cameras and connecting through cameras you can see, kind of like the watchdogs hacking mechanics.
For the DMR suggestion maybe only limit the ability to destroy indestructibles to bulletproof cams, melusis cause then maestro wouldnt have to worry I don’t think that being able to destroy those couple of gadgets would be overpowered in the slightest
#MondayMailbox should glaz be given armor piercing bullets for his gadget? Keeping his thermal scope, his bullets could take out Maestro cams and other bullet proof gadgets and also shoot through deployable shields.
Yeah I played the alpha/beta of Spellbreak a while back and I left pretty fast just because I didn't have the patience on that particular day. Still looks really fun I should try it again.
Okay going off the second question what if instead...the operator had to kill a certain operator and go to their body (like phones dropped as doki) and then they can take 1 extra gadget on their body and place it. So if you kill kapkan you can go over to his body and grab an extra one and place it around obj. Same with valk/castle/ etc

Glaz should be the only one to be able to break indestructible gadgets with like 7 bullets (maestros, castle) or penetrating miras, shields, or even clashe’s shield

I remember when Ranbow6 was merely a year old, there were only the vanilla operators and very few alternatives to operators such Fuse.
There were compilations of people getting multikills using Fuse's ganged. Especially popular where Fuse player using in on the hostage room yoloing it.
That worked only in low ranks, even then he was shite.
I think they could add an attachment like FMJ in COD that allows you to take out indestructible gadgets but increases recoil significantly

Maybe the DMR buff only affects things like indestructible secondary gadgets, meaning indestructible primary gadgets won’t be hurt, but those damn shields could be taken care of.

Make DMRs have less amo so you really have to choose which gadgets you take out. And eventually have to choose between taking out gadgets or having enough ammo to take players out. Love this DMR buff idea
DMR's are SIGNIFICANTLY underrated. Most of them are 2 shot downs so as long as your aim is on point then you are golden. My KD with DMR's is about 1.5 higher than with automatic weapons. More people should seriously try it out.

What do you think about an offensive operator who is essentially a kapkan with multiple claymore. Maybe 3 with maybe his own version of kapkan traps for those aggressive defensive players who jump out of windows
Probably only make the melusi destructable with dmr, but make it like 5-15 shots. The other bulletproof gadgets are fine, but maybe make the bulletproof cam get more covered/less effective scan the more damaged it gets.
How about give the DMRs a special clip ,found in the customization section of the weapon load out that is amour piercing rounds but a 5 round clip. Good idea?
I wonder if it might work as a replacement for the tactical, so if you have the DMR equipped you could choose AP mags as your tactical option. I feel like full-size mags could still work for this if you had to go through a reload animation every time you swap between ammo types, where your operator would remove the current mag, eject the chambered round, and then load the other ammo type. It would become very situational then, since even with a 20-round mag for Twitch's 417 you would quickly run out of your limited AP rounds if you got rushed before you could swap back.

#MondayMailbox How would you feel about Fuze's charges having the option to place them in a motion detection mode where they will go off if a defender runs by/under them?
I think Fuze could benefit from a device like Ash or Hibana. Firing it at range but maybe a few less pucks? Help his verticality a lot, because I enjoy his gadget as it is.. but the lack of soft walls (especially on some of the bigger maps) makes it hard to hit from the sides. Plus 2nd floor sites make it impossible for him to go from above. But from the floor... that can be useful.

I think for fuze he should be able to put it on a reinforced wall but it only sends 1-2 pucks with a delayed release. Basically acting like a Lance from Kali but more deadly at the same for balance it can be shot beforehand

DMRs because they are single shot will always be either 2 shots to kill (too powerful) or 3 shots which is considered weak. Because of this, DMRs need to be used for utility rather than fragging.

Do you think Ubi should lower the ranked level? This season two of my friends started playing, but after a couple of weeks, they quit because it takes so long to hit level 50. I think 30 was just fine, if they’re gonna switch it I think 35 is enough.
I’ve always said instead of an attacker that can hack defender gadgets we should get an operator that disable them. Like you get 2 gadgets,it works in like a 3 meter range,and can disable 1 gadget at a time. You as a defender would be altered to you’re gadget being deactivated. I think that be a better alternative option in my opinion. 1.)mute could be an easy counter to this. Depending on if it could through reinforcements bandit+Kaid could also be counters.2.)defenders could go try to reactivate their gadgets and end up getting flanked/out smarted by players using this hypothetical operator, and 3.)it would gives us a thatcher alternative.
Honestly I just think that some of the more annoying bulletproof gadgets need "weakpoints" like the Maestro cams. Goyo has the bright red canister, Mira has the bright red canister, the wall cams can be shot from the sides, Melusi should have some weak spot that opens up when the dorito opens up.

For that fuze buff they could reduce the number of his gadgets and the number of pucks in the gadgets so that way he could only close off and trap a defender once and so that jager and wamai could counter him

With the introduction of the newest sights in the game, what would you think if Ubisoft added new ammunition types to the game such as hollow points, incendiary, armor piercing, or full metal jackets. I think these could have certain effects of gadgets and environments in the game and have counters towards different operators.
I had a similar idea as an option for meastros shotgun where he could either choose buckshot or slug rounds so that you can either make it viable with slugs or you can make it a meme weapon by giving it buckshot

It’s a lack of button issue, there aren’t enough buttons to give individual bindings, so take it up with the console manufacturers to fix that
How many times do you have to hear that it is literally impossible due to limitations of the console controllers?
Maybe have certain gadgets exempt from it like maestro or add an op whose gadget is to reinforce another ops gadget like jager stops nade but this stops dmr bullets and has to be meleed to take it off
