Yes Chef Tila is awesome. I'm Laotion. Thai and Lao food is not different from each other. I introduced Thai food to my co workers this past year for our annual Christmas lunch at work and everyone gave me great reviews on it. People are intimated by Thai food bc they think its always spicey which isn't true. I had extra hot sauces available on the side for those who dare to make their plate spicey and left our main dishes neutral flavored. 🥰
Actually some of my favorite thai dishes are of lao origin....like som tum and laab
