It would be very nice if there was a map detailing the local area names of Sam Rayburn. None of current maps show stuff like Black Forest, Farmers, Needmore, Buck Bay, Five Fingers, Deer Stand, Canyons, Veach. Caney etc. The borders of these places are very esoteric. I have lived on Lake Sam Rayburn for 40+ years, and I’m still unsure!

The video footage in this series is absolutely gorgeous I really appreciate the effort you’re putting in to this series. It’s great to see all the different areas of the lake as you are viewing. My lakehouse is over in Rocky Creek so looking at Pophers and the Canyons was great ! Much Appreciated!
What kind of drone do you use? It shoots amazing footage.
You may purchase fuel at Powel Park Marina. They have it by the store and down on the dock.

These videos are awesome. Hopefully you will get black forest down to Caney Creek area.

I was in the back of pophers in late january and there was a giant alligator that was dead and the buzzards had picked it over pretty good.
