I don’t have a boat, I got a kayak last year and picked up a graph around Christmas so I haven’t used it yet. I’m sure it will help me at least avoid areas where there are no fish. As for people who say it’s boring watching yall stare at graphs all day, it makes no sense. You can either stare at a graph or stare at the water, it’s going to look the same on tv to us viewers. Love your videos and how you keep it real!
I like it for the aspect of learning the depth and fall rate your bait. Also, for me, it helps me from losing expensive lures, too. I tell everyone this. I agree with the efficiency part. It is frustrating not getting them to bite, lol . I don't knock people who don't like it either. Electronics is the favorite part of this hobby for me. I learn from every outing. Great video, DC!

DC, up until yesterday I was a hardcore Blaukat fan for a long time. I have fished tournaments for 20 plus years. Enough said? After watching you fish and win yesterday at Toledo Bend, I ordered a Humminbird Mega Live! I’m sorry to anyone who doesn’t like FFS but you are correct it is a time save. I don’t have time on the weekends to go looking for schools of bait or bass in the few times I get to go fishing. I hope it will change the way I approach fishing!

It's definitely a game changer on saving time, it just helps you find them, but when you do find them your not guaranteed they will bite! Hope you have a year on the tour!

I have learned more about the fish and how they act the reaction to baits it has thought me more in a month than I have learnt in years. I love it and use it more to learn the fish than to catch them.

I am with you DC! I am not sure how people run North up... I have a good friend that is a "North Up" guy. When he lets me drive his boat I change the setting every time
I put a mega 360 on my boat last year and with that paired with side image, I have found more fish holding areas on my home lake than I ever thought was there, I have fished that lake for 40 years. Electronics is 100 times faster than dragging a one once Carolina rig around. The lake is 25hp, and I have a 115 proXS means I’m trolling motor only time is very important. If you’re ever in the area try stopping and fishing Newton power plant lake, southern Illinois.
You absolutely have a point here dc I rather have the tools to help me find fish then to waste a day of fishing by guessing where they r I got skunked a lot last summer because I didn’t have any knowledge or tools to help me fish this spring and summer I have everything I need so I’m ready now to get back out on water soon as it warms up where I am thank you for takin your time to show us this and explain everything in detail ❤
If there is something out there that will help me catch more fish, then im probably gonna buy it, and use it. Which i did. If people dont wanna use it, then thats they're choice, but dont get mad at me because i choose to use it. Get that AOY 🏆 this year DC!!

Just purchased 2 HDS 12s , plush AT2? Definitely a game changer. Now hopefully one day I can fish like DC… wishful thinking lol
I plan on using FFS, in the process of setting it up now. But like you said, the fish are more pressured than ever, and smarter than ever. So I feel for the guys that can't utilize it. They're not catching nearly as many fish as they could before. But it is what it is. Fishing as a sport has exploded in numbers of people doing it, so it's bound to happen, but it's definitely speeding up the process of making catching fish harder.

I look at it like this. I am a weekend angler I get very little time to fish and I want to maximize my time on the water. I have become somewhat proficient with Livescope and it makes the time I have much more productive. I have also learned quite a lot about the fish behavior that I never would have without it.

Love the videos, man. My fishing buddy just picked up a Lowrance unit and we're excited to take it out for the first time. Naysayers are going to always find something to complain about, no matter what it is. Seeing fish better doesn't mean that the unit is going to catch them for you 😂. I'm curious if the same people would say you can't buy a scope for your hunting rifle to help you see better and be more accurate "because of the unfair advantage " 🤔. There's something nice about breaking away from new stuff for a bit to appreciate our roots, but that doesn't and shouldn't mean that we can't enjoy a balance between that, and smokin' em on new tech.

DC will you talk to the camera guy about uploading these in the 1080p enhanced bitrate version or if like doing 4k or 1440p is an option. Y'all make high level professional ass videos. A very logical and easy thing you can do is increase the physical quality of the content.. specially if it is as easy as clicking a button :) Going 4k-1440p probably isnt as easy cause you would need to record at those resolutions... or rather you would record in 4k and it we would just be able to pick 1440p as an option. I dont really know exactly how it works. But I got a sick new monitor for christmas and I wanna utilize it! You uploading in 1080p is so last year bro! Lol That's all. Love the content fellas and looking forward to the next year of bass fishing!

I wish that I could have the electronics on my kayak, I have a depth finder, but that doesnt do a good job, have you seen Marks setup for this year?
I think it's funny that Lowrance catches so much crap from Garmin and humminbird fan boys. IMO, Lowrance is by far the most user friendly, and TBH, they all do the same shit, some might just be a tad better then others at certain things. I will say, the stock settings aren't great from lowrance but once you mess with it, they're awesome. I have three elite ti2s on my boat, I love em. Cool video brother.

north up so when your fishing in windy conditions you can judge the wakes better when entering main channels .

I’m totally weird about it. I use North Up on my console map because us older folks have read maps that way for years. Thats how I see it and my brain interprets it. I do use Heading Up on my bow unit the map is on to target waypoints while on the trolling motor. I’ll try the Heading Up some more on the console…😂

The crappie fisherman picked up on FFS couple years before the bass guys also crappie brakes... crappie fisherman been using them for several years now bass boys finally catching on 😂terry stewart crappie tournament fisherman from mississippi was first one i ever seen do it instead drift socks or dragging a chain he put 2 TMS on back his boat for spider rigging to slow down or sperd up ..

I have no boat, I have no electronics. From what I have seen on different videos, but learning to read them is the most difficult part.

My biggest thing with livescope and many others reasons is the price. It’s way to expensive even for the cheapest setup you can possibly go with it’s over $1500. Make it affordable for average ordinary fisherman who can only go out every other weekend and have to work a normal day to day job.

I love bass fishing myself but boy its hard to watch on tv when all they do is stare at screens all day. Its hard to believe the ratings are any good hence no major networks pick it up. I personally think its amazing for the anglers competing but to the average viewer its horribly boring.
My opinion the only fishermen complaining about active target are the ones that are older and can't adapt to it. Young guys coming in the sport taking their tournament winnings and sponsor money. Look at the guys that used to dominate the tournaments, they can harldy make top 10 in most tournaments, especially deep water tournaments. It's sad to see

New technology is awesome but it makes for boring T.V. when the fisherman is looking down I think people want to see the pro's fish like they used to. They should show more catching then pro's looking down at there screens to make it more interesting
