2009 Ford F-350 blower motor resistor replacement

- First in a series to get this truck fixed up and running. The infamous blower motor problem in a Ford. The blower motor for the heat/AC only works on high, but that’s a huge pain trying to regulate the temperature in a small cab. In this video we replace the resistor with just a flashlight, ratchet and a 5/16 socket

A straight rachet work the best
Buddy, thanks for posting this. I have a 2008 f 350 and it totally fixed the problem. I actually went to the wrecker to pick up the part ($6). The only one they had was out of a 2007 f 150, but it seems they used the same resistor. The serial numbers are the same. Anyway my AC fan is back in business so hats off to you from BC!

I have a 2009 F350 and the part that i busted my knuckles unscrewing does not look like that. mine has 3-4 metal fins.
