Dear Ingrid, I have been a volunteer in one of the many SOS children villages and I like to reaffirm to you, that the work and dedication of the SOS children villages, the ideas behind it, are important to so many children and indeed help thousands of children worldwide. I was part of it and saw the many great things, the majority of employees and directors, accomplish everyday. I just can remind you on what Ghandi once said: You must not lose faith in humanity (metaphorically in the programme and system). Humanity is an ocean; if a few drops of the ocean are dirty, the ocean does not become dirty. The SOS children villages programme is one of the best aid programmes in the world and helps countless children. I sincerely hope we can continue the great works. God bless.

Thank you, the news of lately have been troublesome for the givers. Fraud and corruption is the sad side of many aid programs. I see now you are hiering investegators - so you are holding true to your word. The Sos is really working on this. I will continue my support.
In working in s.o.s until now ,and im happy that many things is hqppening now like ,shifting or 2 adults will be encharge each house starting 2025 ,in that case the child can have a choice to speak the truth or there feelings,if they cant open to theyre s.o.s mother they have chance to open to aunt encharge,actually i was one who witness those mothers doing abusing some of our childrens,i remember i started to work in s.o.s last 20222 and i suddenly saw that mother after months of work that shes hitting her 2 son that 2 years old and 3 years old only,and she do that everyday like her habbits and i try to stop her but she never listen because im just an aunty only,so i decide to comw into our M.R or mothers representative to ask her help ,and the MR take action same as our director,but another mothers was all angry to me because of what ive did,😔and until now my relation with some mothers still not good because of that,they are nor taking me as theyre take over 😔its like that they want me to feel that ive made a big mistake ,😔
