I think GTA SA did it's time and is legendary. With that being said I also think it would be wrong to modify or remaster it. It is unique because if the way it is. I guess it would be cool but I think it should not be at any risk to the HD universe and the money grabbers of Rockstar. Sand Andreas is the King of the 3D universe, the best GTA there will ever be and should stay where it peaked by just being what it is. So when the younger audience gets its hands on GTA SA, they will be in awe of it's complexity and amazing details old games had before prioritizing graphics, skins ect.

I've lost track of how many years I've been waiting for that remake, would be nice if they kept the cheats as a throwback. It still feels like a far more interesting game than V. In the begining I hoped Franklin would be a CJ 2.0 only to be let down...
My favorite detail in Vice City is Tommy's shirt blowing rapidly in the wind when driving a motorcycle in a 2002 game. I was surprised it didn't carry over into GTAV, i mean it's there but definitely not as noticeable as it is in VC.
Funniest Pedestrian dialogue I heard in San Andreas was some driver behind me honking at me when I didn't move and said, "HURRY UP! I GOT TO TAKE A GIANT SHIT!!"

Play taxi mission in GTA V Single player as any of 3 protagonists. In GTA V, taxi activity more like customers hailing a Ola or Uber and you reaching their location using waypoint unlike GTA III, VC or SA where NPCs hail taxi as soon as they see one.

I find it kind of sad how after San Andreas it seems like more and more of the little details and clever AI actions were left out of the games in favour of some prettier graphics, along with how much of the edgy and childish humour has dropped out of the series.
Man, it's really a shame how back then GTA was clearly a product of passion and now it has shifted to become a commercialized milk cow. But even worse than that is the fact that even with this fact the modern GTA and RDR series still remain the most detailled games. And it's a shame since that means all other game franchises are way ways worse off.

So glad someone mentioned the heat hazes/waves! Although visible in the PC version, it's very noticeable in the PS2 version. Among all these details, one I love is that in GTA III, background noises make the city so full of life. There's dogs barking, sounds from inside buildings, and some weird ones I still don't know the source to.
I have the same thoughts after seeing everything in CP after 135hrs. Not only that in a RPG I want to have at least the option for a 3P cam. CDPR f*** up.
I used to make CJ throw up in San Andreas all the time, the noise he made when he threw up was hilarious and it still is now (i have an immature sense of humor at 25 don't I? lol)
I liked Chinatown Wars lottery and molotov cocktail minigames. You have to make them by filling empty bottles at a gas pump. Another thing in Vice City is that parking meters in the downtown area dropped money if damaged.
Gta vice city and sanandreas graphics are downgraded for PC . There are so many missing things in the PC version . I installed those games in ps2 emulator .

I always loved the unpredictable bypassers. It gave the game a much more spontanious and realistic feeling. And it made it way more funny since you didn't know what reaction to expect.
You can also attach vehicles to a tractor, or attach a tractor to another tractor and another...and have a huge line of them. If you get to play San Andreas, try attaching a semi truck to your tractor and turn. Its hilarious;

Cyberpunk should learn how to do NPC's from these games.
And gta game should learn from cyberpunk how to make beautiful worlds and good story imo

The fact that gta vice city has so many details, it was only made in 9 months
So glad someone mentioned the heat hazes/waves! Although visible in the PC version, it's very noticeable in the PS2 version. Among all these details, one I love is that in GTA III, background noises make the city so full of life. There's dogs barking, sounds from inside buildings, and some weird ones I still don't know the source to.
These games are more detailed than cyberpunk

I liked Chinatown Wars lottery and molotov cocktail minigames. You have to make them by filling empty bottles at a gas pump.
Another thing in Vice City is that parking meters in the downtown area dropped money if damaged.

Gta vice city and sanandreas graphics are downgraded for PC . There are so many missing things in the PC version . I installed those games in ps2 emulator .

san andreas really was and still is insane and head, so many details.
Being a bus driver was basically the first and only thing I ever did in Vice City.
I used to go around in San Andreas and talk mess to people. So many fights provoked. 😆

I always loved the unpredictable bypassers. It gave the game a much more spontanious and realistic feeling.
And it made it way more funny since you didn't know what reaction to expect.

A cool detail in San Andreas is that you can attach the trailer to truck and you take it along with you
It's also possible in GTA V but it will take few tries to attach trailer to a semi truck.
You can also attach vehicles to a tractor, or attach a tractor to another tractor and another...and have a huge line of them. If you get to play San Andreas, try attaching a semi truck to your tractor and turn. Its hilarious;

@@zzoinks it's a cultivator, I believe. It doesn't do anything, but it has a spinning animation when you drive. Very useful for when you want to pretend to be a farmer.
In vice city on the PS2, if you shot the moon with a sniper, it would change size

Love this video. In my opinion GTA 5 took a step backwards having you play 3 different characters. In San Andreas you could really mold CJ into who you'd like to be.
In GTA VCS if you wear the army fatigues, you can enter Fort Baxter without having the soldiers shoot at you unless you provoked them.

This happens when a ship/boat travels a certain distance but is still visible... pretty sure it's due to the curvature of the earth and waves in the ocean.
