If you’ve noticed those black streaks on your roof (Gloeocapsa Magma) we can get rid of those with a cleaning process called Soft Washing, it’s a low pressure cleaning that roofing manufacturers recommend. I don’t know if your roof is in good shape still just by the videos but if the shingles are still in good shape we can clean that for you instead of you paying $XX,XXX to get a whole new roof. I’m out of Ennis not too far from you. Btw it’s safe for new paint so don’t worry about the new paint on the house. You can see some videos on my page if you check it out. Ceiling looks AMAZING, changed the entire shop. I would say though, I bet all of your cars now have over spray. Even with plastic, it still gets in there. You may need to clay bar them, and re seal.

Evan, when you build the table for grinding, I'd suggest putting a stainless backsplash over the drywall so the sparks don't eat at the drywall (and prevent fire). We have a cutoff grinder pointed at a wall here at work, and it wore a hole straight through the entire drywall.

@Evan Shanks when you have the time and money I think you should get a streaming setup and a sim set up in the shank shack it’d be a sweet background for a face cam with all the cars in the background and you could also stream you working on your cars Just a thought

You got a good roof, you can actually get it cleaned with low pressure and a chemical wash. I believe Matt from obsessed garage got that done to his shingled roof. My roommate in GA used to do pressure washing and it was a normal thing. The home was engineered to support it and that is very durable/hail resistant so it may be a bit better than holding out for insurance claim which would total it.
The advice at the end of the videos has pushed me to spend money on myself and my car because I want to I’m just always afraid it won’t look good but I did it and I’m proud of how it’s turned out
