Bro the pain of watching you and your wife go though this was a struggle bus to watch, especially seeing her out there helping. If it wasn't weird and I was local id volunteer my buddy out of Houston to do what the contractor should have done in the 1st place. Id probably also annoy the living shit out of you with questions about your cars and the shop building process. lol
Love the spirit and the hard work, and you know what ? Your mind, kindness and resolve is why you have what you have, your wife, your life, your shop ! Keep it up man, you always make my day and can't wait to see more.
Those things are awesome. My work has a size up from that with two pads on the front. It cleans really good. Happy your getting your shop fixed up after all the issues.
Just busting your chops 😂👍🏾. Keep you head up Thur this whole situation I know it’s hard to watch you investment go Thur something so catastrophic. But god will see you and this situation Thur to thee end.
I love your attitude towards what can be so much worse! It really sucks what happened but your doing what you can to make it better! Keep it up Evan! You shanks are amazing!
I don’t really like to comment on videos but this kinda got to me seeing how badly you got screwed over and how you always kept a good attitude and smile made me appreciate life more thank you man
I'm a fan from Thailand and in my country we are common with flooding the whole time in rainy season. I suggest you to prepare sandbags to block in front of your garage door and all the area that water maybe seeping in. This is just a temporary solution until you get it fix from that building company.
Perfect advice in my case as well cause I had a Mazda6 being built and then totaled thanks to my neighbor, I did mope and hated life but I snapped out of it and gotta new car now im working on this EJ to support stage 2+ . Life goes on and your a prime example of how people should just turn negatives into jokes and just proceed in life. Good on you dude. 💯
Hey Evan, just wanted to say I've been watching since the beginning knowing all you've been through, I know you and Victoria have worked your asses off for stuff like the shop and the house. The flood might suck and I wanted to tell you to keep your head up brother. You've helped me amongst many others with their depression and anxiety. Thank you. God speed🤘🏻
Man Evan!! You have endured so much. Thank you for keeping positive through this all and helping me stay positive. I hope this all gets figured out for you and your wife. Love the music also!!
Hey Evan I'm glad you got your shop cleaned & those who sold you the drain pump & never give you the gutters as said they would provide for you needs to take legal action & they need to be responsible but your doing good & i hope everything gets better for you & your soon to be family.
Im so sorry this happened Evan. Ive been struggling recently and it sucks to see other people struggle aswell. I hope you get everything fixed and those guys stick to their word and fix everything.
Life’s that constant ebb and flow. The ebb is what defines us and the flow helps remind us. Health and happiness to you and the fam. Appreciate you Evan. 🙂🙏
Don't focus on the negatives happening in your life, step back/take a deep breath and think of all the positives. We don't come from nothing, hard work and dedication get's us where we want to go. Props to you for getting up and getting things knocked out today instead of letting it knock you down man!
If you are thinking of buying a floor cleaner I recommend a eco h2o floor scrubber, we use them for custodial in the schools and they just use water but they have a square scrub head on them which makes it super nice for getting into corners and they are very easy to clean out with just a hose with a spray nozzle on it
Evan is the goat at taking adversity and turning it into a funny ass video I hope you get the justice you deserve and I hope your shop will be okay it’s not fair some shitty company took for granted of your life work we love you ❤️
The floor looks good bro. Happy your feeling a little better. Keep it up. I want to see more on the is 300. God bless you and the family. stay safe and stay positive.
As a contractor myself i cant express howmuch this whole situation has annoyed me man. Sadly i am from europe, but if i was from around ur area i would deffo have helped you out with this situation. Keep ur head up bro
The company i used to work for had a Tennant 5400. It was really cool, battery operated so no cord to limit you or get in the way. It would run for hours. It was a walk behind and was much bigger than the clark but would turn around in it's own foot print or nearly that, so you could use it in small spaces. It had rubber bumpers to guide it around equipment with no damage. The big down side is it was expensive to repair when it needed it. the squeege was the common part needing replaced as people would drive it on brushed concrete and that ruins the squeege. It used brushes instead of pads so they would last forever. We ran it daily in a 100,000 square foot building. In a pinch, you could get the floor good n wet, as in standing water, scrub it with a push broom then use a wet floor attachment for a shop vac and suck up all the dirty water. Working one small area, maybe 10x10, at a time. This would also help for your extra dirty spots like your 1/8" dirt spots.
So I just thought of this idea. You should definitely instal some security cameras around the shop (inside outside etc.) but you should get some that allow you to easily take the footage and use it for TH-cam. So like for long time lapses of cleaning or working you could easily pull that footage and have a separate angle. And you’d be able to see everything for yourself and feel safe. Hope you like the idea 💡 keep up the good work! 👍🏻👍🏻
I've been struggling to figure out how to word this comment.. but i can't begin to thank you for you attitude on this video.. we could all see how heartbroken you were on the last video about how your life's work got messed up by some sloppy contractors... i know the journey to getting it all fixed has just begun... but you have made an amazing start and you the way you have turned such a shitty situation into positive content is really inspiring... i wish you the best outcome from this setback and look forward to seeing the shop back in full swing in the very near future :)
you are such a good dude.. good example...other people would be going crazy with this situation.. n your making the most of it... appreciate that!!! the western accent is hilariousss
I used to run those floor scrubbers and the robot versions of those for a local business overnight. I would say 100% get a battery powered one and you can run it with the squeegees/vacuum up so you soak the floor then you can go back over with the vacuum to pick it up. It lets you get the harder stuff up.
Glad you're still doing okay man! Good to see it clean again. To bad you didnt do a little bit of research before buying one of those cause there are definitely better products on the market, like where the pad is not misaligned. Karcher has some great products for doing that kind of job which i have used in the past. Anyhow, keep it going!
Sucks you had to deal with it, but you’re right about attitude being key. An old guy I used to work with used to say-when asked how he was doing-“ain’t no use in complaining.” Thats right in the money. Doesn’t do any good and no one else cares. Stay positive and keep on moving
Happy to see some light at the end of the road. Too bad they don't sell anything like they have in England for flood defence, but at the end of the day you shouldn't have to resort to it. Keep at it bro you've got support!!
Let me make a suggestion to you. Once you get the water issue addressed. Put F.R.P. panels on the bottom of your walls. They will go about 4' up the wall. But would allow you to pressure wash the entire floor without ruining your dry wall. Plus it will protect your walls from scuffs and damage. I just did it in my garage and couldn't be happier. Don't have as nice or garages you but definitely helps with 5 kids banging crap against the wall
Evan have you considered in investing into a bio swell. A bio swell is like a little river running around the shop that will drain the water and you can add plants to make it a type of garden
We have one of these at work, only it's ride-on and runs off batteries you just plug in to charge up. it has two brushes with bristles instead of the pad style on this one.
So was wondering if you have drywall inside your shop? If you do Have you checked for any microbial growth ? Mainly inside the walls ? Was the Insulation wet ? Not really sure how your walls are built but if it’s drywall you may actually want to open a test hole and see inside.
I use those clarks all day and you can soak those pads in hot water for an hour or 2 and they will work good again if you want to save yourself a few bucks hope you get everything done and fixed enjoy the day.
Rent Clark out to get the 2500 back. Zep is also an amazing floor cleaner. And I would redo the walls with damage with concrete slab instead of just plain dry wall. Awesome channel by the way :)
Sucks man....your positivity is contagious tho bro. Love your attitude! Keep up the great work, been watching ya for about 2 years now and content is always 🔥
Hey brother, I work for a restoration business that deals with water damage/mold. You should get a mitigation company out there to test for moisture on the exterior walls. You are better off tearing out drywall at least 2’ maybe 4’. Mold can grow roughly 48 hours after it gets porous materials wet. Even if you don’t have them do work you at least can get a professional to document the water damage for insurance purposes and for court. Also hiring an indoor hygienist to test the quality of air in the building would benefit you to make sure you aren’t breathing mold spores. Hope this helps.
I have never seen any type of drainage system like that. My brother has a company Here in nc we work for a home builder and when the houses have problems like that we usually put a French drain and drain box
Tip to not fighting you cord so much, start closest to where you are plugged in and go back and forth in rows and work your way out instead of circles. Battery powered cleaners are nice too.
I work at a dealership and we just got one from Heckler and Koch, yes. The gun company, it’s electric as well but cordless. It’s got two cup holders on her
You should sandbag the parts where the water comes in the most and try and direct the water further away from the building it might help while you wait for the fix
Love your videos man!! Sorry about your shop that kinda stuff shouldn’t have happened. I work in construction they should have graded everything down away from the shop. Also I don’t know if you have thought about it yet but you could put a rubber or plastic bump guard around the bottom edge of the wall seal it to the floor and even if it was to flood again it would save your walls and protect them from shop equipment hitting the walls to.
I swear this was one of the most enjoyable ways to watch somebody deal with something so unfortunate.
Someone say shop ASMR?
For the record....I definitely bought one of these floor scrubbers LOL
SHOP ASMRRRRR!!
Shhhhh ASMR

I used to work for the Clarke warehouse that assembles these machines. They are made to last!! Love them!!
