I can see why you'd think that, but in my case that is not the case. My Sola Frames H-blocks side exceedingly well on this coping that is very smooth. My problem is mostly that I need to lean forward more then I am used to from backside stalls, leading to wheel bite. Not on the coping but on the concrete. I need to practice my balance and posture and I should be fine :) Maybe Anders (the guy in the white T-Shirt) could benefit from some wax as he is on Oysi frames, but again, these copings are very smooth and slide great. So our biggest problem is technique and confidence.
