In this episode of Roll Minnesota, we travel to the newly resurfaced and renovated Chaska skatepark for an aggressive inline skating tutorial. Over the years, I've noticed a lot of skaters struggle with truespin grinds, so I decided to break down all 10 truespin variations! Some of these grinds are quite difficult, so make sure you have the basics down before attempting these tricks. Also, stay tuned for more trick tips and how to grind tutorials in the future.

I always find it pretty fascinating how WILDLY different “hardness of tricks” can be between skaters. Tru-acids are one of my favorite and most natural truespin tricks (even though it’s switch spin and I don’t do back savs that way), but true fish/kind/TTP/soul I’m all terrible at 😆

You ain't lying. On low curbs I can tru top soul, acid. Like Butch mentioned... Tru soul isn't a joke. I can't. I don't like how the spin feels.
Thanks! It's true . . . everybody has their own skating quirks when it comes to difficulty. I'm not great at back sav, but find TTP to be a safety trick.

@@RollMinnesota I'm 43 now. I grew up in that generation that developed the sport. Big long kink rails. Big gaps go big or go home let me tell you my knees are feeling it but I was never that good or consistent as you shown and your tutorials you can system kid keep it up even though I think you're 31

Just noticed how you look over your left shoulder during TTP, I was previously looking over my right shoulder like a back sav.. maybe looking over my left shoulder will help me unlock the trick 🤔🔓

Great tips.. and you killed that box bro. I do back farv and back royale the same way as I always like to spin left and have my right foot leading, so my truespins all go the same way. Easiest for me: Tru zu and TTA, hardest: TTP and true acid

Kizer Slimeline frames. They work great for riding flat, but still have a large h-block.

That blind landing on the true spin tricks take some practice to get down
True soul is the easiest one for me, both ways. The hardest one is true top porn, can´t lock that back foot even though I can do back savannas pretty good. True kind grind is also hard since I never do kind grinds. Great video! Loved it!

Skate through the pain! I don’t have a better answer, unfortunately. My legs are really suffering this week.
