Got to watch it all back.... If thats a 6 dasher you are shooting get rid of it. At least 15 times you had to address your feeding issues.,. Many more where you xan tell it wasnt a clean feed. I think a 6 GT is in your future

Really like the GoPro format for matches. It's fantastic. Piet, this reminds me of how last month's club match went. The way my day started was a definite indication of how the match was going to go. Early April in northern Michigan, weather is always a wildcard. Well, the temps weren't bad, wind was actually pretty calm, but then we had big fluffy snowflakes. Perfect weather conditions if you're sitting around a campfire but not for a match. lol It was extremely difficult to tell where the targets were at times. THEN add in my rifle malfunctions. That gas gun was giving me fits all day. I don't know what the issue was but my God, it cost me enough points that I made up my mind I'm switching to a bolt gun. I put my order in to one of our top builders that afternoon in the range parking lot after the match. lol I should have my 6 Dasher in a few weeks. Done with gas gun. lol

Might try tuning your feed lips. I've had same issues with factory ai mags in my surgeon.

Dam is that the 6 dasher loading issues...... Also losing 4 "s off your barrel isnt going to hurt your down range performance.... Load for 2850 you will be shooting 2750 that sweet spot with a far more hander rifle

Long time shooter but only recent subscriber, I’m from New Zealand. I really appreciate the shooting content, even being somewhat raw compared to your usual perfectly edited shooting videos, this channel is significantly above the other content creators in this space.
I understand the stuck case problem at the end of the video.
But I was just wondering if you are going to acknowledge, explain and/or resolve the feeding issue experienced with that setup?
Seemed quite influential on your performance within this competition format/situation. Mostly curious on how common or avoidable / fixable that issue is, or if it’s something more associated with that calibre specifically.

Wrt the GoPro footage, was perfect, no issues there. It is match coverage after all. Nothing scripted.
PS. I notice you can shoot both lefty and righty. Is that something natural or do you train for it, Pieter?

15:36 what is the thumb shelf you’ve got on the support side of your rig? It’s not a Baker Wing it’s too short, but it looks to be the perfect size for exactly what you’re using it for.
