Great breakdown of the situation and demo of the Lead Left, you showed offense and defense well, Looking like Floyd with the lead, and Tank with counter! Thanks for another great workout, Coach. Im practicing all those punches. Good one! JT.
Your Boxing understanding and delivery is so awesome. And you are even getting better Jason. Thats honorable. Thanks a lot for all efforts over the years. 🌱💪🙏👌
As somebody who loves to throw check hooks against shorter opponents, I'll tell you that the first and the last tactics are the best, especially the last one, if you can really pull it, but has to be unpredictable - you can't do it too often. To vary it, you can execute it even without throwing the right hand - just move forward - for a bait - and duck as the hook is coming. But the 2nd tactic - jab to the head and right hand to the body will rarely work well! Somebody who check-hooks well, knows to simultaneously move to the left. So, the jab is parried and the check hook is thrown with a step to the left. It will go directly to the unprotected head of the opponent who is basically lunging and hence cannot move quickly to cut the check-hooker. Moreover, the check hook will throw the pressure fighter out of balance, so that the check-hooker can lunch his own offence. Very effective. So, I don't recommend this tactic against an experienced outfigher. What I do recommend, though, for the infighter, is to practice to move to the right, being relatively square and punch while moving.
king and legend is back. thank you very much for loved me boxing. Coach I do your ^^ Boxing Home Workout ^^ video series every day and very enjoying. This videos are useful for me ??
I made the Tank comparison before I watched the second half of the video. I knew those counters looked Tankess, That was a great exhibition of boxing against Franklin. He really out boxed him. Ryan got destroyed lol...... This is George Todd Im just on my TH-cam music channel

I get that right hand off all the time you got to throw it with conviction and at your rhythm the key is getting low and changing the target
