My first two stroke was that bike exactly but mine was an 02 and small wheel first time I rode it we just got the engine done so I was breaking it in and I was crusin along and went up this house pad and boom I hit the power band me and the bike flew and I fell so hard on my ass haha thanks for bringing back some great memories I miss that bike

Remember watching one of your vids back when you guys literally had just started, probably had no more than a few hundred subs, at the time I couldn't stand the gasman but now he's my favorite. I would have subbed back then if I had caught all the haggard jokes. Glad to see you're doing well keep it up I've been binge watching everything the past two days
I also did the same thing, had a mid 90's kx80 and I'm assuming the previous owners didn't know you had to mix oil with gas, I tore the head off and the Piston looked like a damned piece of charcoal and had ruined the cylinder, took it to a Harley repair shop and he said he could bore and hone out my cylinder. After doing so and buying a new Piston it basically turned my 80 into something like a 113cc. After putting it together within the very first couple of revs the powerband threw me off faster than I knew what was happening, everyone laughed and I warned them to sit on the tank when hitting powerband, did they listen... Nope, knocked two other people off that same day. Had to buy new handlebars levers and some plastics

I had an 04 cr 85 and it had a high idle. For the longest time we couldn't figure it out. We eventually found that it was the seal behind the flywheel. We changed it and it stopped the high idle. So if the Mechanic is worried about it tell him.
