carb tuning clutch replacement how to rebuild rebult cr80 cr100 big bore kit rebuilt
We finally got the correct piston for the bike, so we shouldn't have anymore problems with it. It wasn't the break in process, the piston was a little undersize.

This has got to be by far my most favorite TH-cam channel ever. I️ feel like unlike other channels I️ can actually relate with the quad ricers. I️ am also a dirtbike and fourwheeler mechanic and I work out of a dirt floor shed and I’m not mommy and daddy funded, I️ work with my buddies and we all get together and do things like this. Your videos help me out ALOT even though they aren’t really instructionals. And it’s just overall a great show. KEEP IT UP!!

Sounded a little like an air leak... the idle issue. Check the reed cages... crank bearings... spray starting fluid around the engine while it runs... if the rpm increases you found the leak

I don't think people fully understand what a power band is...its the power rage throughout the the Rpms...its not the surge of power you get high in the rpms on a 2 stroke dirt bike..that is the power valve opening and allowing the exhaust to exit the engine much faster creating a whole lot more power than lower in the rpms ..not sure that I'm explaining it exactly right but if you look it up I'm sure someone out there can explain it better than me..
walt birchmeier but the powervalve creates a higher torque curve at certain rpms (power band) so you are correct in the way that a fourstroke without a power valve can also have a powerband
You need to CHECK the valve clearances or nahhh

i really do like that rm 125 haha but i beat a rm 80 blue engine 1980 with a 1975 honda xr 75 bored to the max it would be in the air in fourth gear i was gone the guy was so pissed he was jumping on his bike everybody was like wtf but that 1978 rm 80 air cooled if you were in forth gear and hit power band it would just flip over you could not stay in it that was the shit
